Express Glass

Called on Tuesday for an appt on Friday to get some work done. They said it would take between 90 – 105 minutes. 8:30 on Friday would work for them.
The gentleman said it would take almost 2 hours — and proceeded to ask 3 or 4 times if I was dropping it off or waiting. I showed him my laptop bag and wifi hotspot — stated AGAIN I would wait and had prepared for a wait.
At 9:42 a.m., I noticed my car was still where I had left it in the parking lot. I asked for the keys back — the gentleman stated in a somewhat huffy tone — «well, I told you it would take a while…» to which I replied, that is why I made an appointment and as you do not honor them, I will seek another vendor.
Folks — don’t waste your time with this business. I wasted 72 minutes of my life on these turkeys… my biggest problem with this business is why even bother taking appointments if they have no intention of honoring them?!
I shall not patronize this business and will relay my negative experience to as many persons as possible who are in need of auto glass work.
