Atmosphere was wonderful server was hospitable. However steak ordered medium rare was medium to medium-​well and tasted like Grill. Had wonderful experience last year perhaps I just ordered the wrong thing at the wrong time. Still worth a shot for any who are willing to try something new like walleye!

Late night food, only thing open, it works. Food is quick and better than drive threw. Not many healthy options but when your hungry it’s a place to eat. This is also by far the best bowling place food I have ever had. People are friendly and service is fast and convenient when your staying at the hotel next door.

Should have walked a little farther to the Pike and Pint! Service was suspect, waited for a tap beer for 5 minutes. When it was empty I sat again for 5 minutes waiting to be asked if I wanted another… They never asked if I wanted to eat so I asked for a menu. I ordered garlic cheese bread… GARLIC CHEESE BREAD! My 7 year old can make it. I waited 20 minutes and they brought it burnt, bartender set it down and walked away quick like I wouldn’t notice. My next visit to Alexandria will not include a visit here.

Wonderful service! My husband’s prime rib sandwich was very tasty with nice size portions. The all you can eat pasta bar was delicious with many choices. We will be back!

We think that their BBQ ribs are the best in town! Always a good time when we are there, bowling alley is nice and clean. Friendly staff.

While I can’t really comment on the service concerns that others shared below (I sat at the bar), I will strongly recommend this place for their food. Order an oven-​rising pizza — you won’t be disappointed!
Otherwise, no complaints. Prices are affordable and this place has great ambience for a sports bar.

This place looks good and has a clean bar area but the problem started with our waitress that was quiet and was afraid to come to our table. After we ordered and got our food we all were disappointed. The walleye had more bones then normal, the sirloin was not fresh as it tasted like it was frozen, burger had a rotten after taste and the fries were burnt. Knowing better but starving I still ate the burger and I am paying for it now as I got food poisoning. Good for drinks but definitely not food! Eat at your own risk!

I stay frequently next door at the Hampton Inn on business and like the proximity of Fat Daddy’s. The food is your standard fare bar food, which is fine. Being able to walk back after a couple of drinks is nice and the main thing that benefits this place. Service is very uneven, average at best. The typical service is friendly, but slow and forgetful. Went 30 minutes between visits from my server tonight which wasn’t a big deal but if I were thirsty would have really had me P O’d (also bet it costs ownership plenty of sales). Average.

Great place for college students to middle aged. The drink specials are awesome and appetizers are huge. I’m not much of a beer drinker so I was ordering off the pricey cocktail menu, but they were delicious so I won’t complain! DJ some nights, pretty funny to watch 50-​something women dancing to 80s music.

I come here quite often, especially with customers and external employees who are in town. It’s convenient since it is so close to the Hampton Inn.
The food is not great, but is consistent. They have a very good beer selection for the area.
Service is the downfall. The waitstaff is spotty-​you never know what you’ll get. The bar tenders are just poor. Very inattentive. I’ve left out of frustration a couple of times.

Fat Daddy’s is great! I always have a wonderful time here! There’s an awesome amount of space, and a dance floor!!! The drinks are always great. It’s a great place to just hang out with friends. I haven’t had too many sleezy experiences. It’s the total opposite of a bar where you feel claustrophobic because you’re pressed up against sweaty strangers.
The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the staff isn’t that friendly most of the time. I was there last Friday and my table’s server was fantastic! He was really friendly and helpful. Also, the doorman was really nice. But everyone else who was working there was awful. It was as if, since they didn’t have to serve our table, they didn’t need to talk to us, or even smile at us. It made me afraid to ask for a drink from the bar, and it had nothing to do with the bar being crowded. It wasn’t.
Overall though, I love Fat Daddy’s!

Stopped in for dinner and was amazed how big this place is. Outdoor volleyball courts, huge screen TVs, and even a bowling alley! Wow!
The food though is their drawback. Bar food menu at best. They may have a few items that are out of the ordinary, but the food is nothing special.
The service was good. Very attentive and did check in with us several times. They kept our drinks full too. Overall the experience was good. I just don’t know if I would go back to eat here. The fun and activities that a person can do is definitely the draw here in my opinion.
Good for groups or kids I think. I wouldn’t take a date here.
