I met with John Exner at First Command and would highly recommend everyone to steer clear of any financial services from him. I did a background check on him and found that he failed one of his financial exams and had to retake the exam. I would never want to have someone handle my finances if they can’t even pass an exam.
Would you want a doctor to operate on you if he had to take an exam twice? It makes you wonder if he really knows what he is doing. He is someone who is untrustworthy and is only out to get your money and will not provide you with any great services. He is very pushy and tries to sell you life insurance and of course gets commission off of whatever he sells. The yearly fee is over $ 1000 and by paying this you are throwing your money away.
