FCCPT has lost one of our documents, not once but twice. It is extraordinarily difficult to have foreign universities not only send information to the US, but also CREATE documents where none exist and then send them to us. It has been one obstacle after another with them, and I have been completely disappointed with their very unhelpful, generic «customer service.» It’s really appalling.

I have to agree with Jennifer.
People stay away from FCCPT, save your money and choose anothet agency!
I have very bad experience with them. They have been giving me lots of problems and after I decided cancel my service they refuse give me my money back even though couple days before I received email from them saying I can request a full refund…
Don’t believe them!
Once they get your money they are not gonna give it to you back. They just closed my file, refused my request and didn’t do any job for me…
Please, think twice!

WARNING, Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy, FCCPT, has the most incompetent people, including Susan K. Lindeblad, Managing Director FCCPT, I’ve ever encountered. FCCPT subjectively reviewed the applications. Once FCCPT gets your application fee, they will ask more fee, i.e. re-​evaluation fee & appeal fee, from you. FCCPT will NOT refund any fee even when they made errors. FCCPT website info are incomplete. Do NOT trust their website info. Do NOT trust FCCPT staff, either. FCCPT should receive NEGATIVE stars. Stay away.
WARNING for a potential applicant in understanding the basic information needed for U.S. licensure, healthcare worker certificates needed for immigration and the credentialing services provided by FCCPT.
WARNING for foreign physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to apply the certification (educational equivalency) required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for health care workers.
