Prompt, next-day service. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
They charged $ 90/hr flat rate, which seems reasonable and is less than Geek Squad through Best Buy. The technician was polite, neatly dressed (it annoys me to no end when a slovenly repairman shows up at my house… take a note, Comcast), and seemed competent. 20 min later, I had a new power supply and my computer was up and running. Thanks!
