Get Fit By Carlo

Carlo is awesome! My husband and I used him for several months to help lose some post holiday and first year of marriage weight :) He is so knowledgable and easy to work with. Carlo is amazing I’ve been training with him since Feb 2015 and in that time I’ve gained more muscle and my body has become more toned. I’ve changed my eating habits for the better. During our second session he sat down with me and we discussed what my goals were and how we could achieve that, he also came up with an eating plan specifically designed for me.
Each training session with Carlo has been great, he finds a way to make working out fun and he’s encouraging. I always feel better after a session with him.

I’ve been training with Carlo since last January. I’m a 39 years old mum of 3 who spends her life baking. On top of this I was a couch potato that can run… no simply can’t run (0 miles:) and with zero fitness skills.

I passed on the dozens of trainers and gyms in the area and opted to see Carlo because of his style in teaching, coaching, training and inspiring you. Without being loud and in your face, he motivates you. I’ve been interested in personal training for a while but didn’t find the right fit until Carlo. I look better. I feel better. I’m inspired and I want to continue pushing beyond what I thought I was capable of. Carlo’s method is unique. He feeds the mind as he is transitioning your body.
