Global Printing

These guys are awesome. Use them at my office all the time. Thousands if dollars worth every year. We are down the street from their office. Often times they make the impossible deadline seem possible. Custom brochures, pop up banners, posters, flyers, and everything. Sometimes to meet a deadline they will walk them over for us to my office. Also most places can be measured by how they help when things go wrong instead of when things go right. They are top notch. They have even helped fix printing disasters that other places cause! A+. And remember this… even if you find a place a few bucks cheaper you can’t put a price on peace of mind!!! They deliver. Always.

I realize that most casual Unilocal readers aren’t looking to print 3,000 copies of a book-​length report in four colors. But if you are looking to have a job printed and then shipped to all four corners of the earth, Global is a great company to work with.
I very much appreciate the personal service that I’ve gotten for two years running from John Papp, who has solved every problem before and helps to figure out solutions to seeming disasters. John Brown manages the experienced team with the printing and binding process, and the final product quality is top-​notch. Global also handles packaging, can get the best shipping rates, and can store their printed product for delivery or shipping at a later date for a low monthly fee.
It’s been a while since I’ve last asked around for competitive quotes, so I don’t know if Global is the least expensive printing company in the DC metro area. Of the printers that can handle books, I found that they are the most convenient to DC, located in Alexandria, and they have years of experience printing for the DC community (much of the printing team came over to Global in early 2010 from a now-​closed printers that had been in business for over three generations but which closed when their Arlington is redeveloping their land). All I know is, Global Printing provided such great product and service last year that of course I would return this year. Moreover, over the past two weeks they moved heaven and earth to get reports printed and delivered so that I could bring them to hand out at a meeting I will be attending next week. You can really rely on these guys to come through for you!
