Healthy Back Store

My wife and I wanted to see what the difference types of mattresses are so we decided to stop in and educate ourselves. Lavonda is great she took the time to walk us through the different types and prices. No pressure at all.
Lavonda also showed us the chairs. I now want a chair along with a mattress.

Lavonda was very patient and customer service oriented. A rare find these days. Knows what she is doing and does it well.

We have just got back from the store, had a great experience with Lavonda, who was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. She also remembered us from several years back, which was quite remarkable. walked out with our problem promptly solved. highly recommended!

If you are looking for quality products, good selection, best service and reasonable prices, go no further! LaVonda, the Manager, is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly with no hard sell. She’s well informed on body alignment and what’s good and what’s not for your back. No matter how minimal the purchase, she takes time to explain the product. It is not a huge store, but what they have is top quality and the best of the best. Healthy Back has solid warranties and stands behind all their products. Their delivery service is top notch. Healthy Back rocks and so does LaVonda!

I had a fantastic experience. Walked in, was asked what my wife and I were looking for, and after we told the saleswoman an office chair for home, we were escorted towards the back of the store. She then asked us a bunch of questions, measured both of our lumbars (since it was going to be a shared chair) and then put us each in the same chair and walked us through the configuring and explaining why you need /​want to configure. I know more about my own back health and needs now then I did when I walked in there, and happily purchased a chair. On top of everything one of the employees delivered our chair that evening on his way home. Thanks folks!

Don’t bother going here. Incompetent at its best. I bought a product and I tried it out for 7 days. I went back to return it. Well it turns out the lady that was suppose to refund me the money, actually charged me again! I found out as soon I checked by bank account. I called my bank and they said indeed this store had charged me again. Called and the same lady told me she was going to refund me the money and void the transaction. She even told me «I’ll call you back in 5 minutes» she never did. I called, a guy answered, he e-​mailed me a copy of the «refund receipt» which was the same as the lady gave me. Today no refund yet, it’s Christmas in 3 days and I’m traveling out of state and this is the last thing I want to deal with. If money is not there by tomorrow, I will dispute it with my bank and call regional manager for this store, who ever that is. But I’ll find out. 0 stars if I could. Please don’t bother, save your money, hassle, and life and don’t come here.

Good customer service is a rarity these days but at this store you wont have problems. They know how important it is to make customers happy. Feel confident with a purchase from this store.

Talked with the new manager there and it seems like they are on an upswing of getting things right as customer service is concerned. Good luck to their turn around.

We had a really good experience with the store manager, Tonia, and purchasing a mattress set here. She was friendly and helpful without making us feel like sharks were circling (like you get in other stores) and was happy to explain each line and the merits of the many mattresses they had for sale. We settled on a gel/​memory foam mattress pretty quickly and they were able to deliver the next day.
unfortunately, the foundation wouldn’t make it up our narrow townhouse stairs and we had to reject the delivery. The delivery guys suggested a split base and called the warehouse immediately to let them know what was going on. Meanwhile my husband called the store and let Tonia know what had happened. She had to check to see what she had in-​stock and said she wold call us back. We were disappointed, to say the least, but an hour later she called, said they had it in-​stock and could re-​deliver the next day.
Next day, everything went smooth. A day later, Tonia even called to follow up and make sure we were happy with our purchase. all in all, a very good experience on an expensive purchase for us.

Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad service. Sales staff is super helpful and friendly when you purchase and then completely unhelpful and unresponsive in the delivery process. They attempt to ‘wash their hands’ of any glitches in the warehouse delivery process. Not good enough after I’ve spent a small fortune on a mattress and I continue to sleep on the floor 2 weeks later. My back is far from healthy thanks to theses guys! Stay away!
