Before of all I would like to say that I’ll NEVER deal with this company or refer to any of my friends anymore.
6 months ago (08/​06/​2012) my wife purchased one of their best life time guaranteed mattress product from Home Décor Liquidators — Wheaton, MD store. In 5 months of normal use the center of mattress cave in and fall down almost 2″. Also sides are still soft but when we sleep on center we feel like sleeping on a piece of wood. 2 weeks ago we have contacted with Home Décor Liquidators to ask for help. We explained them that mattress is unusable now. They asked us for some pictures to confirm the problem. We have sent them some pictures.
Today we finally got a response from store manager. They told us our mattress is out of warranty because of fabric color painted surface of mattress. I discussed with them the issue and told them this is NOT a regular stain, our brand new fabric painted mattress and this is not related with real problem. They explained us the warranty but I couldn’t understand. Our mattress is now just a piece wood and out of warranty ???
Their warranty can say everything to make their problems out of warranty. I suggest you to deal with customer friendly companies.
