Don’t waste your time! Note to iCraked, if your business model promises a particular type of service, then provide said service to your customers; nothing more, nothing less… I booked a service call at 1PM for a 2PM pick up, 20 after 2, I text the technician and finally received a text at 3:10PM stating that he couldn’t pick up my device until after 4PM, the next day! WTH?! iCracked whole selling feature is pick up within a few hours; not the next day. I could drop my device off at a store for next day service. When I called the service department the first question they asked was, if I had contacted the technician! What?! iCrackes books the appointments but doesn’t follow up with their technicians and it’s the customers responsibility to do so? Hello, I’m the customer and the customer service department should give service to the customer. For the record, I had contacted the technician but for this to be the first question to be asked is ridiculous. They also never offered to attempt to reach the technician. When I emailed my complaint to iCracked, their response was beyond unacceptable, just a standard empty canned response. iCracked, thank you for not properly servicing a customer, I will never contact your company again. This company can’t go out of business soon enough for me.
