Had an issue with an Alienware PC that had been ongoing since November. I dealt with countless phone calls and techs who were only able to swap out a part at a time. I took off 5 different days of work to meet with these techs in addition to the calls and emails and it was still broken. My warranty finally expired and they were going to bill me for services. Nope. I contacted other repair shops but they were unwilling to touch a «high end gaming PC». I contacted Intellect Computers and they said they would take a look. Less than a week later they called to tell me it was fixed. I stopped by their shop and met with George. He explained some of the crazy things he found and fixed. The fan that was screaming since day one was even quiet for the first time. The price blew me away as well. I even talked to him about a new PC build and will definitely be stopping by again for that. I cannot recommend them enough and wish I had come here from the very beginning. There is no way I will go through the online pc build again. I’ll go here.

I had an amazing experience with Fazal and the fellas at Intellect Computer! I had liquid damage on my Late 2013 Macbook Pro Retina and Apple quoted me $ 750. I received other quotes around $ 400 from multiple repair stores in the area. I gave Intellect Computer a call and couldn’t believe the price of $ 185. I dropped my computer off the same day and three days later it was back in my possession working like new. These guys are great and very knowledgable. I will be sure to go back to them for any other work in the future. Thanks again fellas!

I went to this place twice for hard drive repair/​restoration, I got it the next day and a very reasonable price. Best buy was quote was too high and I cant get it back for 3 weeks.
