Isabella At Monticello Mews

Very nice new condo located in Alexandria area, I have looked at buying a condo here a few times. The lobby is real modern the lines are very clean and nice.
Still trying to get more research on HOA fees and what’s included and what’s not
I like the look of the building it’s new which can be good and bad. They seem to be adding new features such as a sport court I have a things to the property.
They have a nice big dog walk/​dog park area where the dogs can run and play. The entrance has an automated Gate where your visitors or delivery people would call and you would buzz them in… Kind of strange has a long driveway with a lot of open field in front not sure if they plan to build other condos or develop the area
So overall a pretty good first impression with this place of course I’ll have to visit it to her three more times to get a really good impression. And I’ll add some more photos and features
