Great doctor, who is caring and committed to her patients. Overall it is always a great experience with Dr Santiago and Dr. Pham.

If you want a doctor who does not care about patients and only cares about the money, then you should go to this office. The office members made a mistake on my bill and did not want to fix it, even though insurance explained to them that it was a very simple process that they would not be penalized for. They changed the reason for why I came into the office without informing me of the repercussions. The doctor did not conducted the procedures required of a yearly check up and was in a hurry to leave the room; she only spoke to me for a few minutes and that was only to complete the mandatory paperwork.

I went to Dr. Jennifer Santiago monday was so pleased with ALL. She was kind, caring, and knowlegable. I had a great gyno for 35 years Dr. Candace Thurston who was the Best and She also referred Me to the best. When I walked in I was greeted nicely from the front desk and the nurse was lovely. I would recommend Dr. Santiago in a second.
