It came in 35min, love Unilocal delivery, but no sweet n sour sauce for rangoons just lots of duck sauce :( Also lots of breading and little filling for rangoons and spring rolls. The crispy spicy shrimp, though sauce is good, is not crispy by time of delivery. Wouldn’t order any of these items again. Food overall wasn’t good and I’m very disappointed. Don’t want to eat anymore of it. One point for quick Unilocal delivery and the driver did deliver to my hotel room door.

I would give zero if I could. After waiting 5 minutes to even be spoken to, to place a To-go order… I eventually place an order. My client is in traffic so I have time to kill. I asked if I could be seated for dine-in after receiving my food. He told me «NO, Carry out has already been paid so I cannot eat there.» He would not give me duck sauce when I asked for extra. I would never go back.

So disappointed with my second delivery. Delivery itself was fine, right on time, friendly driver and the food was hot. Sadly, the quality and quantity wasn’t anything like the first time. General’s chicken and green beans had absolutely no heat to them at all. They were both«blah» and the beans were overcooked. Spring rolls were good but a bit doughy inside. Portions this time were much smaller, really not enough for two meals.

Consistently great food! We are extremely picky and Ken’s never disappoints! I especially enjoy their sushi, so much so that we to eat here at least once a week. Ken is truly a stand up guy and wants to please his customers, he cares about quality and what goes out the door. If you’re looking for great food and great service, this is your place!

Green curry — not your typical creamy coconut milk. It was so watery and had no eggplant. It was more like chicken and rice soup. Good flavor but not what I wanted. They did not greet me for about 4 mins. I just stood at the counter. Once I received my food it was wrapped to-go. I wanted to eat in. They gave me a paper plate and plastic ware to eat with. The place was cold when I walked in — turned on the heat after I had been inside for a while. Then as I’m eating a worker was cleaning vegetables in the front where we eat and started playing loud music from his phone. I then decided it was time to go. Will not return.

Best Chinese food in the Kingstown area. I’m very picky, too. I order take out from here often. Everything has been tasty so far. I especially love the Szechuan string beans, lo mein, crispy beef, moo shoo pork and Kung pao chicken.

I’ve ordered from Ken’s a few times and everything has been hot and tasty. Their sushi does vary in size/amounts depending on what you order but I feel like that’s pretty standard. I live super close so they always delivery earlier than expected(sometimes I just don’t want to get out of my pjs). Can’t speak for the Thai or noodles dishes but the Chinese and sushi is usually spot on for me.

Great service, good food, and really the only place that serves decent sushi in the area. Ken’s a great host and always makes you feel welcomed. Definitely worth dropping by.

For the 4th time in a row, these guys arrived at my door with fast piping hot delivery in a fraction of the expected wait time. I thought it was a fluke at first; but this business is consistently fast and they get the order right every time.

Ken’s is a great addition to the Huntington metro area. His food is always very good and he knows how to take care of customers. We have gotten takeout about a dozen times now trying various things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Whether you are dining in or taking out, this local gem is a must try and deserves your support!

Have had sushi here a few times. It was both fresh and tasty. Service was also good.

This is probably a decent place to eat if you never order your food for delivery. I’ve ordered delivery twice now. Both orders were one basic entrée and a small sushi appetizer. Both orders took ATLEAST75 minutes to be delivered. Both orders the entrée arrived cold and the sushi room temperature. Tonight’s delivery pushed me over the edge and onto Unilocal.I opened the plastic bags and an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke filled the kitchen. I had to open the door in 40 degree weather to waft the cigarette smell out. Tell you’re drivers do not smoke in the car!

Three stars only because I am a very hard grader of sushi, which was my primary food ordered. But it’s a solid 3 stars and good quality sushi rolls, particularly for the price, and for delivery. I would, and plan to order from again.

Quick delivery, good portions. Average food. For those who don’t like any spice, mild still has got a significant kick.

Very clean and modern carryout with small eat in and sushi bar. HUGE portions. Thai, Sushi, Chineese Menu with very reasonable prices. The menu is extensive from Edamame to whole Peking Duck(only $ 27.95 compare with $ 35+). There is spicy but I think you need to specify if you want authentic spicy as it sounds like they have been burned(pardon the pun) by complaining customers. So expect a milder Americanized spicy dish unless you request HOT Five stars are warranted for Ken’s Asian Bistro. They hit in every category: price, service, food, cleanliness They deliver is a plus as well if your willing to pay an extra dollar — of course you are. Support this local business owner. They are working hard from my perspective to bring a valued product with a friendly face to the Alexandria VA diner.

I ordered shrimp fried rice three times so far and it was great I told the, I didn’t want any soy sauce or salt after I placed the order and they met my needs with no problem. Customer Service is awesome!!! one night I wasn’t ordering and just wanted to use the bathroom and they let me without any problems bathroom is very clean !!

I like to try out new chinese places with General Tsos Chicken. I feel it gives me a good sense of their general chinese food. I tried it out and it was def on the more pricey side. Maybe 1 or 2 dollars more than the other chinese restaurants in the area. It wasnt that good either. Not as crispy. Oh well i was hoping for another chinese option but i prob wont go back here. They also have a very extensive menu which never bodes well for overall quality of the food

Ok, I think I was one of Ken’s first customers… they are definitely still setting things up. Regardless, I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. I order the beef drunken noodle, two orders of steamed pork dumplings and a free California Roll. I originally, planned on taking it home but decided to learn a little more about the place by listening in. While I was eating ken came up front and spent time talking to another customer… seemed like a great guy. As I was leaving Ken asked me if I like the sushi and also stated that he is open to special request. The pork dumplings were small but very light, flavorful and Freshly made. The beef dunken noodle was adequate but lacked the appropriate amount of sauce… I should know my wife makes it from scratch. However, the noodles were firm with good texture and flavor. I would say we will be back to give them another shot.

Finally found that local restaurant worth walking 2 blocks for! Same owners as Oriental Star on Duke street, they are only 2 weeks open so bear with them as they work out the kinks! They should have beer & wine in the next 2 weeks, and offer sushi, Chinese and small Thai menu options. They have a good selection for vegetarians as well! Items I enjoyed: Lemongrass chicken soup, $ 4 for a small bowl and it was amazing! Slightly spicy but not too much it would burn your face off. Order of spring rolls also tasty. Sesame chicken and sesame beef are lightly battered and fried which I enjoyed even though I anticipated them to not be fried. Generous portions enough for 2 people to share with a bowl of rice. If you spend over $ 25 you get a free item, nice perk! Supporting a local family own business is the American Dream. If you’re close by I highly recommend stopping by, their interior is beautiful and a legitimate attempt at making this run down shopping center worth coming to.

updating to state that coworkers discovered that the large portions of chicken chunks were raw. Not just pink — RAW — in center. Seriously avoid this place.
