Krysten Svingala Photography

I hired Krysten to take photos of our 2.5 month old. She was very quick to respond to questions prior to the appointment, flexible enough to come to our house for the photo shoot (a huge plus when you have a baby), very professional and creative during the shoot itself, and extremely prompt in providing the digital photos afterwards. We ended up with a great set of photos that we were proud to send around to family and friends. We are also printing out a number of them to hang in our house. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Krysten as a photographer.

We loved Krysten and highly recommend her. She is professional, talented, and affordable. She did a newborn photoshoot for us. She came to our home with all of the necessary equipment. She was very flexible and understanding of feedings and crying spells and stayed until the job was done. She was amazing with the baby and was able to calm him and make everyone comfortable during the shoot. We love the pictures! I would use her again anytime I need a professional photographer.

We hired Krysten for an engagement shoot and were very happy with our choice. She is sweet, friendly, creative, and professional, and my fiancé and I both felt comfortable with her even though we’d both anticipated that the process of getting engagement pics taken would be awkward (glad we were wrong!). Krysten not only had some good ideas for poses, but loaded examples on her phone (which we especially appreciated since it was hard for us to figure out what to do with our arms, hands, etc.). She was receptive to our ideas, too. Afterward, we were surprised and delighted by her responsiveness and quick turnaround (we had some preview shots that night, and our DVD with pics from the entire shoot arrived just a week later!). Overall a good experience and a great value — I would definitely recommend Krysten for local photography services.
