I have been here three times and switched my membership to this location. It was easy to make my reservation, the staff was VERY friendly. In three years as a Massage Envy member I received the best massage today by a lady named Stephanie. All I can say is thank you– wow. Neck and shoulders were tight– but no more. I have headaches and they were reduced after the visit– I mean, reduced significantly today. I opted for the full body massage and it was sooooo relaxing. Sometimes I have gotten them at other locations and all you end up getting is greasy, but this was perfect. The Hilltop location is in the shopping center near the new Wegmans and right next to the new Peete’s Coffee location there. Scheduling: Easy. I was able to get an appointment with the therapist I wanted. They also let me know of similar therapists that were outside that time frame if things changed for me. Additionally they called me and send an email to remind me of my appointment. Atmosphere: Nice. This location has an updated and clean look to it. The waiting room is modern and clean. Staff: Friendly. The girls at the desk were very friendly and asked what I was looking for and what kind of pressure I wanted. They asked about the deep muscle therapy and the aroma therapy, which I know are add-ons, but I didn’t feel like they were really trying to pressure me to get them like they do at other places. That was nice. Once I had a therapist get sick and the management called me to reschedule my appointment EARLY so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Nice. They were extremely accommodating. Price: Good. The member price is much better than the non-member price, so do yourself a favor and join. You can join on a monthly basis and cancel at anytime if you need to, but it’s soooo worth it. I attempted twice to make appointments by utilizing the online portal on their website. I wanted to make appointments for hour long massages and facials for myself and a friend visiting the area, so we are talking about a few hundred dollars in services this company just lost from a potential client. I first attempted a week prior to my desired appointment date, then a day before, I only received a generic email back from both attempts stating that they have received my appointment request. So as far as customer service I gave one star, since I’m unable to give zero, which is what I received.
