The worst McDonalds experience ever. The food was barely warm and bread was all stale. And they asked when I placed my order and suggested bread went stale in 10 minutes! Avoid this place, if you are not already avoiding McDonalds.

I was at this location this morning of 07/25/2015 around 5:35 am. Meant to get a quick breakfast before heading to work, I pulled the the dining hall entrance door. It was locked and the doors next to it. After falling to find a sign for the closed doors I decided to try the drive through. I ordered egg and cheese sandwich on bagel, a hash brown, and a small coffee. I was asked if I needed cream and sugar. I answered yes and asked for one creamer and one sugar. Then I asked what time the dining hall opens and the order taker said as soon as the employees for the dining hall show up. After getting my order from the next window which also included a friendly smile and greeting I decided to have my breakfast in my car at one of the many empty parking spots. This is when I found out there is no sugar or cream in my coffee. Though afraid of being late for work I still decided to get in the drive through lane which then had many cars ahead of me. Asked by the order taker for an order, I described the scenario and he answered: ‘When asked for cream and sugar you should respond.’ I told him that I did and showed him the receipt as evidence. He apologized and directed me to the next window. He then remembered that he had asked the order preparer for one cream and one sugar for this order. The lady in the next window was working on the next placed order. I interrupted and showed her the receipt and asked for what I required. Curious of what happened she replied«the way he(the order taker) told me about the coffee, I thought that was for the next order». After getting what I needed I decided to take my coffee to work where I considered late and faced a frown by the person I relieved.

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been. Overwhelming urine smell when we got in. I didn’t even managed to eat my meal because it’s just so disgusting! Floor’s so sticky!!! Tables are dirty!!! I don’t understand why this franchise location still exist, how did it ever pass for sanitary inspection?

Asked if they had the BOGO Quarter Pounder with cheese(which states they do on the top of the receipt) and they said«Uhm, no». Illiterate and bad customer service. Know what you’re selling.

Based on the one-star reviews I have read for this dysfunctional McDonalds, closing it would be a terrific idea. My problem with it is its too small postage stamp features. It is sandwiched between a small strip mall and a very busy gas station. A nearby bus stop adds to the problem of driving into/departing from this restaurant. Prospective customers, on foot and in motor vehicles, have to be on their guard watching out for buses in the far right hand lane and vehicles going into/coming out of the gas station. Making the right turn to head out onto Route 1 north is dodgy too. The parking lot for the restaurant doesn’t have enough space; the drive-thru encircles the building. As one Unilocal reviewer has suggested, drive further down the road, south on Route 1, and visit the McDonald’s in Hybla Valley.

Every once a while I get a craving for Mc Donald’s ! Well today I used the drive through… Placed my order then went to the second window to get my food. The person called JENI gave me my food then I asked her if I could get a cup of water. Suddenly she turns to be the rudest person I’ve ever seen on mc Donald’s windows. She got so upset when I asked about water and tells me with a bad tone, why you didn’t order your water from the cashier? Next time ask them. I was surprised and asked to see her manager. She claims that she is the manager ! This JENI is waaaay far from being a good manager that cares about her customers, no manners no customers service skills and bad attitude.

It’s a McDonalds. It’s standardized micro-pop fare. And it’s the only nearby place lately that’s open for coffee. That late there’s no queues and/or having to deal with indecisive patrons, but for some reason I still find it takes these lads a while before the coffee is surrendered over in exchange for money. I’d like to think that the delay is do to a switchover for new fresh stuff but I also consider that it is just the very pedestrian manner in which my hosts handle their biz-naz. The drive-through chap — whomever it is invariably during my pitstops — is also never really friendly. I know it’s late when I’ve rolled through but still, have a bit of pride in your work, lad. It may make me not think twice before I part with a few crispy dollar bills, and bother to cross over to the other side of Richmond Hwy and go to Krispy Kreme’s instead. Anyway — coffee is at least hot. ** This review is dedicated to my part-time friend Mary Kate, who feels this establishment generally offends her epicurean senses. I heart you, too. **

Well, it’s a McDonald’s so the menu is pretty much the same as any other clown backed burger shack; however, the curse of this McDonald’s is its location, Rt 1. Now, I have visited many a McDonald’s in some really sketchy locations such as Cairo, Bangkok, Bucharest, the one in my hometown, and they have all had a level of weirdness, but nothing compares to this store’s late-night freak show. We are talking a real cast of characters here which is certainly to be expected on the Rt 1 corridor, but seriously, after midnight, it looks like something out of Cormac McCarthy’s «The Road.» Again, I think the owners of this store can’t be blamed too much, for this post-apocalyptic dining experience really has more to do with the location and clientele. However, as weird and dirty as it can get, at this writing, there have been no reports of post-apocalyptic cannibalism, so there may still be some hope.

My expectations aren’t high given it’s McDonald’s…But this place is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve seen including in third work countries. You can’t find a clean table in the place, and your shoes literally stick to the floor. The place is empty at night because it’s disgustingly dirty. I’m not sure when corporate visited last, but they might want to do a surprise visit to this place before the health department shuts it down. The franchise needs to be stripped if they don’t get this place in order. Don’t know how the health inspectors haven’t shut it down. Recommend the McDonald’s north or south of here on Highway 1.

This is a truly vile place. It is more like an inner city bus station than a McDonalds. The main dining area smelled like urine, and the staff have turned indifference into an art form. The food is what McDonalds offers everywhere, but corporate should be ashamed of what is being represented here as their brand. This location appears to be a hangout for the street lumpenproletariat of Route 1.

I don’t know why, but this McDonald’s drive thru order taker simply could not understand me when I ordered my food. I spoke clearly… slowly… loudly… repeated it practically ten times but I got the response to «go to the window» where I then repeated my order another five times to his face, holding up the ridiculously long line of cars behind me, until he finally got what I was saying: «grilled ranch snack wrap» — I guess they don’t get a lot of those orders? I think they are good. The ones from this particular store though are bland and tasteless(but I still eat them, I am broke and I know what I like). When I paid for the food, the cashier(who was not the same person who took my order) screamed«goddammit» for some reason and ran away to giggle with her coworkers while I sat there staring into an empty drive thru window. Awkward, and slightly offensive/unexpected. Maybe it was a sign from the universe that I should stop going to McDonald’s. Or at least this one.

Drove thru last weekend for a quick bite while out running errands with my 12 year old. We debated 5 Guys next door, but wanted fast — so McD’s it was. We ordered 2 ¼ pounders, 2 snack size McFlurries and an iced tea to share. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat. I opened my ¼ pounder — 2 large bites were taken out of it! My daughter opened hers — 1 very large bite taken out. What the? I walked back into the McDonald’s and asked to speak to the Manager. He saw me, but asked one of the other workers«WHEREIS ______?» groaned and walked over to me. I explained what had happened. He grabbed the boxes, tossed them into the trash and said to one of the cashiers«get her 2 new ones.» No «sorry for your trouble» «this never happens» — nothing. I asked the girl at the counter if this was normal? She said«umm… no.» When she went to grab the burgers she started giving the person behind in the grill area a hard time«what are you doing? you can’t be taking bites out of the burgers!?» I walked back to the car with 2 new burgers in a kind of flustered shock. BTW, the iced tea had no ice and the Mcflurries were not blended. Really? I called the«how are we doing?» number on the iced tea cup and explained what had happened. I had a district manager call me later in the week. He invited me to come on down and have dinner on him at the McDonalds. I politely declined. He also said that«they know that they should take their food out for their break. I’m sorry if it got mixed up on the line.» This was NOT a mix up. This was deliberate bites taken from hamburgers by someone in that McDonalds! Anyway… We will not be eating at this McDonalds ever again — or any McDonalds for that matter. YUCK!

We went here at 10:45 for drive through… it was interesting(I dont know if they were experimenting) but they three workers outside. One was taking order, the other one was taking payment, and the last person was giving out the food. Maybe it was really busy but i never seen workers outside taking orders at our cars. Line went through pretty fast because of this. Got our food on time and pretty fast.
