The Minuteman Press team helped our company by printing out 3600 pages within three hours for us… not only did they get everything taken care of, but they were prompt, gave me service with a smile, and were just all-​around great. I really appreciated that they called me to verify my order once more before printing after receiving the document, and just went to show that they’re committed to doing a great job for their customers.
They are a great group to work with, and I would definitely recommend them to any business or individual!

Paul and Crystal were SO helpful and knowledgeable. I had a very specific idea regarding what I wanted my wedding invitations to look like and they were able to make it a reality. One of the few places within 10 miles with the capability to do it all! We ran out of corporate embossed envelopes during a marketing via mail campaign and quickly found most other printers outsourced their envelope printing (taking a week or more to return) or wouldn’t accept such a small order as other voluminous customers take precedence. Minuteman had it done within a couple of hours and were extremely helpful and affordable. We are strongly considering switching to their services entirely in the very near future.

I called them on a Monday morning with a very last minute request– I needed a portfolio printed for an interview that same morning! I had thought it was being printed somewhere else, but found out very late that they were having technical problems (the previous shop) and couldn’t print it. So I turned to Minuteman to see if they could help me out of my bind. They were super polite, efficient, calm, and they were able to work with my last minute schedule. Would definitely use them again!

A client I have been working with had a last minute brochure and business card emergency. The client was to be a high visibility sponsor at a B to B trade show in the DC area and found themselves without much needed brochures and cards. I will spare you how this happened — but these things happen. As someone based in LA I had to think fast and identify a local vendor who could not only accomplish what we needed but do it PERFECTLY AND DELIVER IT to my team at their hotel in a very tight timeframe. What can I say? Jeff is a LEGEND and perfectionist! Jeff was so exacting, pro-​active, calm and capable that I never once questioned that we were in great hands. He also put up with an overcommunicative and anxious customer team and countless back and forth emails from us. Not only did he do the job perfectly and ON TIME but he did so at a very competitive price and made sure to communicate with me through every step. When I told him he rocked he told me not to say that until the order was completed and in my hands — THAT is how sure of his services he was. Jeff– YOU DO ROCK! And Crystal– you too! What a team. The people at Minuteman Press in Alexandria has been super super helpful and wonderful to work with.
I had a bunch of work marketing material that had been designed and I needed printed. Minuteman, specifically Crystal, helpfully printed out physical samples for my boss and I to look at and, guess what? My boss HATED the design. So MinuteMan to the rescue. They redesigned pretty much everything — our Thank You cards, matching envelopes, Letterhead with matching envelopes, and address labels. They only charged us two hours of design time and the same day had printed samples for us.
From start to finish they have been easy to work with, understanding, patient, and quick to respond both in designing, answering emails, and the actual printing process. I am super impressed and they will be the company’s go-​to printing people. Thank you!
