I have three reasons for giving this dental practice a one-star rating. Dr. Nguyen’s office is located within Wood Lawn Gardens, a very large garden apartment complex, a few miles north of Fort Belvoir. Finding a parking space isn’t a problem. However, the frontage roads on the Richmond Highway side are narrow and littered with the residents parked motor vehicles. One of these frontage roads is a motorist’s worst nightmare — a minefield of Grand Canyon-sized potholes. The floor layout of the practice is abysmal. The waiting room is too large. The receptionist has something like 64 square-feet of office space to work within, with little free space to arrange files, paperwork, etc. From what I could see, Dr. Nguyen does not have individual treatment rooms. Both of the dentist chairs that I was able to see were positioned one behind the other. An environment of clutter prevails with dental supplies visibly stashed and hanging out all over the place. During my teeth cleaning, Dr. Nguyen had me squirming and yearning to escape the premises. Be sure to read the Cathy S. review in the not recommended section, because you really will«spit in the bathroom.»
