Definitely watch the prices in this store. Stopped by there to buy wrapping paper for my coming move. The quote came at almost 19 $, which was weird since I saw same packages online for under 10 $. Ended up going to another store 5 min away and getting same 10lb package for 9.95 $. If you don’t mind pay double this store might be for you.

The Packaging Store fulfilled my expectations during my visit. I will have to agree with Mikhail it is manned by one guy who is respectable and professional.
I would guess running a store on your own with multiple customers can leave a negative stain when it comes to customer service however we do what we can with what we have. I am an optimist.
In agreement with Dan the hours are very convenient fee I was charged seemed reasonable compared to what I was being charged by eBay… All in all this visit was good. I will update when I use their services again.

Bottom line: watch the prices quoted on different shipping carriers.
So on the plus side… they send via UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx all at one location, their hours are good (open till 7 most days + they’re open Sundays!), they have all the packing materials, and lastly, the gentleman behind the counter was nice.
On the minus side… I went in to ship a box to Canada. No rush to get it there so I wanted the cheapest method. The dude came back with that method being Postal Service at $ 69! Not sure who to be angry with, Canada or the Postal Service, I almost went through with it. I finally decided I’d hold off and check direct shipping from
Enroute home I remembered the UPS store right down the road and checked in with them. Yeah, and guess how much they shipped it for…$ 32.69!
I called up Packaging Store after my pleasant dealings with UPS and asked why he quoted me the «cheapest» method being 2x that of UPS. He stated «that’s what my system told me.» Well buddy, your system sucks. Therefore I won’t be back.
