I picked up pizza from Paisano’s last night for dinner. The pizza was good maybe slightly better for the area but not outstanding. I had a vegetable pizza and everything tasted fresh. I also really enjoyed the Paisano’s crust, not being familiar with this chain I was pleasantly surprised. However, what I didn’t care for was the sauce. It tasted bland. In a nutshell, an average to good pizza place in the area (carry out only) and, although not New York style thin crust pizza (which I prefer) I would go back for the fresh ingredients.

Placed a catering order with Tiffany and everything was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and most important competent! Pizza was delicious! Delivered at the exact time I requested. Even the driver made an impression. Kudos to you Paisano’s Kingstowne!

Pricey. Fresh ingredients on a thin non greasy crust (Paulie’s Pizza add mushroom). Super friendly lady who took my order. Delivered before the promised time frame of 30 minutes. Order was exactly as I requested. Friendly, well prepared driver. Very nice experience.

This one is simple. No. Pricey for what you get, pizzas are mediocre at best… barely better than Pizza Hut.

The «pizza», if you can really call it that, is bad — even by chain standards. It was missing that fat outer-​edge crust and the crust overall was under-​cooked and weird. The cheese was tough and chewy, obviously not a good quality home-​made cheese. The toppings were phoned in. The meatball topping looked like dog treats.
Aside from that, the portion size was very small. I ordered the medium but it was really a size-​small. Overpriced.
The garlic knots were a big let-​down as well. They were just bread shaped like a knot with no interesting seasoning that I could taste.

I had an issue a week ago with a delivery in which the wrong order was delivered to me not once, but twice. The manager of the store, Greg, communicated to me that it was the delivery driver’s fault (who they have been having a problem with), so at this point, I simply asked for the tip to not be charged to my card. Greg agreed. Several business days, I see the tip amount included in the charge to my dismay. I called Greg tonight, and he attempted to give me the run-​around about having the owner call me tomorrow to discuss the refund, which is irrelevant because he had previously offered the refund. I like the other Paisano’s locations, but this particular location has a lot to be desired in terms of the people associated with it.

I was happy to see a new Italian carry out spot so close to home, but I found the food to be disappointing. The pizza and hot sandwiches aren’t very flavorful and the salads are very skimpy and bland. The bottom half of the bread on every hot sandwich is always sitting in a puddle of grease… Hate to only give 3 stars since the staff is so nice. For this level of cheap/​fast Italian food, Juliano’s on Huntington Avenue is much better.

Finally a place that challenges the legendary Italian Store sub in Arlington! So, so surprised that a chain could be this authentic. Classic mom and pop flavor! Steak and Cheese was solid and the Italian sub was well done.

My first time to a Paisano’s and I must say the food I ordered was awesome. I ordered the gyro sandwich and a medium Italian Pizza. The gyro was awesome with their special cucumber/​yogurt sauce and the feta cheese… yum! The Italian was pretty good too. Everything was made to order, fresh, and hot. The customer service was pretty awesome too. This place is a hit for me. I will be back to try some other items on the menu.

With this new location opening up, my «home» store has changes from Van Dorn St. to this location, which is actually further from my house than Van Dorn, but that’s fine. The «Kingstowne» Paisanos picks right up where the Van Dorn location left off.
The pizza is better than any other «national» chain around in the area, greasy enough to be good but not enough to make you think about the punishment your arteries would be taking. The crust is a little chewy, the king of chewy that simulates our primal instincts of tearing that crusty, yeasty, pizzaflesh. The best new discovery has been their boneless wings, which seem to be all white meat, with a delicious buffalo sauce on the side.
My only complain is the lack of variety in coupons or specials, which means I dont venture out to try stromboli’s but go with what I know is good.

So after my horrible Pumpkin Latte Debauchery at Starbucks, and seeing the crap lines at Safeway, me, my daughter and my nephew decided we would get delivery tonight. I had a menu for Paisanos because this location recently opened. Boy, this was a smart decision. This place was GREAT! We ordered Garlic Spaghetti with marinara sauce (for my nephew), garlic knots and a greek salad (for my daughter), and a chicken gyro sandwich for myself. Wow my sandwich was freaking fabulous! The pita bread it was on was delicious, and im not a big french fry fan but their fries were great.
We got delivery, and the lady on the phone said it would take about 45 min but our food was here in 30 minutes. The delivery driver was nice also. It was an all around good experience. I’m really happy we ordered from here. Oh and the best part was the delicious Tiramisu.

We tried this newly opened location of Paisano’s and were very happy. The crew members are clean, well-​groomed, and polite. The food was freshly prepared while we waited. Everything was delicious. Warning — their stromboli’s and calzones are large enough to be shared or for planning on having for two meals. There are very few seats so it is best to plan on carryout instead of eating in. Let’s hope they maintain this level of excellence!
