This is not your typical, modernity filled, glossy Dotor office. If you are looking for a Doctor that will write a prescription, and send you home to see of you get better, this is not your kind of Doctor, but if you want to be cured, by all means please go here! It is an old, modest location but Doctor Gagnon is a real doctor that will find what is wrong with you and, most likely cure you. He has a natural approach and uses herbs and supplements to help your body heal itself. I had been suffering from seasonal allergies since age 4 and gone to allergy specialist who recommended shot therapy which was completely worthless. Dr. Gagnon looked at my eyes, throat, nail beds and ears and told me that I had a problem with yeast in my body. Sent me home with vitamins and natural supplements as well as a 30-day dietary régime, and poof! I’m cured! He is one of the few REAL doctors left and I think that if you visit him, you won’t regret.

Summary: The building– sketchy at best. The staff– indifferent. The Doc– a nice man well beyond his prime(MD awarded 1950… that’s right, 1950). Recommend looking elsewhere– I wouldn’t take my dogs here. I arrived 10 minutes early and the office door was locked(weird, for mid-afternoon). I knocked. I heard someone walk up, unlock it, then walk away. Weird, but I wasn’t there for lollipops and handshakes. I walked in and no one was around. Weird again. The receptionist appeared after a few moments. Complete several forms of questionable utility and show ID/insurance card. Receptionist is mostly disinterested. Standard stuff? At my appointment time, another patient walked in who apparently knew the desk lady, and was ushered back immediately. Weird yet again. Waited nearly 30 minutes(20 minutes past appt time and the time the other person was ushered back). As I contemplated walking out or complaining, someone walked up and introduced me to the doc(finally!). He is a redeemingly nice fellow who smacks slightly of mad scientist due to his slight frame, wild whitish hair, suspended pants, and oversized shirt. The office is a step back in time… Not in a good, nostalgic way but in a developing world way. The exam room was filthy and filled with equipment that may have been as old as the good Doc himself. He asked about my diet, I told him I ate well and gave examples. He seemed surprised and questioned me again as if in disbelief. 5 minutes into the exam, someone knocked on the door– he had a phone call. He stepped out to take it and eventually returned, 10 minutes later. Then, he told me I needed to be tested on two future occasions. End of appt. See similar reviews on «vitals». It’s odd that some of them appear to have come from Unilocal, but none of those negative reviews can be found now. Stay away from this guy. I won’t be back.
