Quality Tree Care Inc.

I am so pleased with what a smooth, stress-​free, and affordable experience this was! A large oak close to the house died this spring so the entire tree had to be cut down. We also decided to get a small bit of trimming done and a separate dead large branch removed as well.
I interviewed 4 tree companies. For Quality Tree Care, the owner, Dave, came out for the initial quote. He was super friendly and unlike a couple other companies, I felt no pressure to proceed with any work. He offered a winter rate to do the work after their other work starts to slow down. With the winter rate, Quality Tree Care’s quote was almost HALF of the other 3 companies. Luckily, they came highly recommended to us so it was easy decision.
A few points of the quality of the work and service:
— Friendly customer service, quick to schedule (once their regular work slowed down to start scheduling the winter work).
— Crew of 4 arrived on time and took no time getting started, carefully clearing away furniture I forgot to move out of the area.
— Crew and foreman were friendly and informative. I don’t know regulations for this work, but it appeared to me that they were very methodical and conscious of safety.
— We decided to keep all of the wood and they carefully stacked the wood. I had expected just a pile of tree trunk pieces so I was very surprised to see how much effort they put into stacking.
— The cleanup of the job left our yard nicer than it was when they arrived.
— Next day, another employee came out to grind the stump. Same quality of service: friendly, informative, quick, and impressive cleanup.
