Although the price is a little higher then my previous spa, I definitely noticed they were more thorough and had more attention to detail, so I didn’t mind the price difference at all. They have a very friendly staff. I will be back!

I only had Botox done here twice, no other services. Unfortunately it didn’t last as it should. 2.5 months at best, not worth it. I had it done by a plastic surgeon before and it lasted me 4 .5 months. Not sure why.

Cathy was amazing! Easy to talk to and answered all my questions! Also, this is a female veteran owned business which as a fellow vet, I love supporting. I felt at home the moment I walked in and left smiling. Couldn’t be happier with my results! True caring professionals that love their work!

I was visiting and took a chance getting fillers from someone I didn’t know. I could not be more pleased! Catherine Corcoran — Lead Clinician, is without a doubt the best clinician I have used anywhere — and I have been getting Botox and fillers for years. She did cheekbone fillers that look amazing. She is an artist who takes the time to recommend and sculpt. What’s even better is that she has a near painless touch! I wish I lived closer — I would be a regular.

Went in to get Microdermabrasion and botox on a super rainy –hurricany day last Thursday.
I was immediately offered water, and given a few documents to sign. Shortly after i was laying on a comfy bed with soft music and candles. The doctor was so sweet and told me every step of the process as she went along.
My skin is glowing now and the botox in my brows came out just right. When checking out the front desk lady gave me a calendar of their specials and very kindly told me how to take care of my skin for the next 24 hrs. Will be back soon to see what other goodies I can get!
The only issue is parking, however the metro is right across the street.
A great plus is they also take Care Credit (a lot of Medspas do not)

Love getting facials at Radiance –Lawrence is great!

I have been taking care of my skin through various spas, dermatologists’, and plastic surgeons’ offices for many years now. I have never had plastic surgery, just laser treatments, peels, thermage, fraxel and the like.
That being said, these treatments are not inexpensive for quality care. If you are paying a cheap price for these services then, that should be your first indication that something is wrong. Radiance has monthly specials which I try to take advantage of, if it happens to come at the right time, but I will not go elsewhere to save money. They know what they are doing at this spa, and I am here to stay!
Everyone is friendly and professional here. Mary, at the front dest, always greets me warmly, by name, offers me something to drink, and makes certain that I am comfortable. The reception area is beautifully decorated and relaxing, but I never wait more than a few minutes. Once I am with my clinician, Barbara Toliver, PA-​C, I never feel as if she is in a hurry to move on to the next patient. They always schedule plenty of time for me.
I have seen both clinicians and they are both equally wonderful, but because of my schedule, they started putting me with Barbara. She truly knows what she is doing. I started having a small amount of filler in my lips a couple of years ago and she is a gifted artist! My lips do not look huge and blown up but very pretty and the perfect size for my thin face, like little bow ties! I love them! She does all of my skin treatments, mentioned above, and I have total confidence in her!
I am very pleased with my multiple visits to Radiance Medspa. I no longer feel the need to go anywhere else to take care of my aesthetic needs.

Barbara did an excellent job with botox and juvederm — just the right amount of each. And when I had some bruising, her partner took the time to show me how to apply makeup to conceal it, and gave me free samples of everything I needed. I highly recommend Radiance for anyone looking to get botox and fillers, I look great.

Lawrence, at this salon, gives the best facial that I have ever had. It is 1 ½ hours, includes many phases including a serious neck, shoulder and upper back massage. Plus he is so helpful if you are having any dryness, break outs, etc. The products that they use are top notch, the rooms are quiet and dark and the price is right.

I’ve had quite of few things done at Radiance and all I can say is, «Wonderful!». My skin wasn’t so bad before but after it was glowing! Their peels are so buttery and soft and the aesthetician was so kind. It was like a ballet on my face. As I am in my late 30s’ I also decided to splurge on a touch of botox and some fillers which are 20% off a couple of times a month and it looks so natural not even my friends know my secret. The cats out of the bag now! Long story short… I will be back.

I tried out this spa two weeks ago. I was very clear about my desires to get their *free* Visia Analysis and the first in a series of chemical peels for my upcoming wedding. There was absolutely no uncertainty about my desired services. A friend of mine did this for her big day, and I was hopeful to do the same for mine.
During my appointment, I was told by the aesthetician that I was getting a basic facial/​very light peel. I asked about the analysis and chemical peel, explaining that I was hoping for both to prepare for my wedding. I was told I should start with a basic facial because I have ‘nice skin.’ Understanding that I am not a professional in this field, I trusted this guidance and moved forward with the appointment. At checkout with the receptionist, however, I was told my service was $ 150, which was immediately followed by, «I’m sorry we weren’t able to fit you in for the analysis today. Since we squeezed you into a spot it just wasn’t feasible. If you’d like, I can schedule you for the analysis and chemical peel another time?»
This is just too bad. First, when I received the call from their receptionist to accept an earlier appointment date, it was not explained to me that I was foregoing ANY services for the earlier date. Second, why would I come and spend another $ 185 to get the service that I ORIGINALLY requested?! And why did it feel as though everyone but me was ‘in’ on the details of my appointment and the need to deal with me quickly?
I contacted the manager and she returned my call. However, when we began talking about the subject, I felt as though I was arguing my side of the situation. Folks — this is NEVER a good sign. She kept saying things like, «well I wasn’t there so I don’t know,» and «I don’t mean to be trite, but I’m confused about why you’re upset.»
I wanted to like this place. I really did. But when you are dealing with a company that is handling appointments like cattle, and management is more focused on who said what in a situation than finding a resolution, you are wasting your time. There are way too many good businesses out there to have to deal with this. I won’t be returning.

I’ve used Jane Iredale for years, so I was happy to find a convenient place to go to test and buy some eyeshadow. Mary helped me, and she was great! She gave me good advice without making me feel inadequate, and she helped me pick out two new shadows that could be used alone, together, or to complement the color I already had at home. She also helped me resolve a problem I was having with some PurePressed Base I had purchased elsewhere. I haven’t tried any of the treatments here, but it’s a great place to buy makeup!

I went to Radiance for the first time on Friday for Bowtox and Filler and it was a great experience. Kathy was very nice and gentle. I am very happy with the results and I will definitly go back to her.

i bought a package of vitalize peels (3). ive used 1 so far. the customer service is very good. i mean, ive pretty much gone/​done every facial/​dermatology procedure out there so i can tell you that you’re not going to get that kind of pampering in a dr’s office. its a very clean facility and the staff is nice.
with that said, its pretty pricey. a cosmetic surgeon will charge about 140 – 150 for the peel i got. RM charges 175. so, you’re definitely paying for the pampering.
its a convenient location if you live/​work in old town. but there’s no parking (unless you find street parking).
they have evening hours but they fill up fast. otherwise, you shouldnt have a problem booking an appointment.

I’ve been going to Radiance off-​and-​on for the past 3 years. I don’t have a need for any of the more serious procedures they offer (Botox, fillers, etc.) but I splurge on facials about every three months. For a while, my go-​to was the Silkpeel Combination Facial (basically a facial with silkpeel microdermabrasion, which beats regular microderm because it’s infused with active ingredients, like salicylic). Lately I’ve been going for the Illuminize Peel, which is a lighter peel that just gives you a nice glow. I have acne-​prone skin, and I can honestly say my skin is in much better condition than it was a couple of years ago, partially due to the facials, and my at-​home treatments. Although some of the spa services (and retail products) are rather pricey, I’ve gotten a better vibe from the staff at this place than at other spas I’ve tried. They’re helpful and unpretentious. I can personally recommend aestheticians Lawrence and Gosha, who are amazing to work with — I usually try to schedule with one of them.

I have been to Radiance Medspa for laser hair removal and other services. They have medical professionals that provide their services, they are professional, and my results have been excellent. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and spa like. I could go on and on about how great my facial was. They took their time to evaluate my skin to give me a personalized facial that met my skin care needs. I love the place and will continue to get services there.

Ooooo, I don’t want to give away my beauty secrets — do I have to spill everything that I had done here? Suffice it to say that it’s a «medspa» — so they definitely offer more than your basic salon facial. They are friendly and so professional. I had two different aestheticians and both were delightful. They took the time to go over the procedures and what to expect after wards. They made recommendations for products, but were not pushy. It ain’t cheap folks, but I think that they are on par for similar services elsewhere. If you’re looking to step up your skin care regimen, this is a great place to go. (Plus, it’s in Old Town. You can grab a beer or coffee after you’re done getting beautified.)
