Nice LITTLE consignment shop, quite a hole in the wall. Found some quality skirts (wool/cashmere blend, suede, etc.) for under $ 10/each. Also note there is a lot of Petite clothing.

Select Seconds is one of five thrift shops in the Richmond Highway corridor between the City of Alexandria and Fort Belvoir.
It is owned and operated by the INOVA Mount Vernon Auxiliary. The Auxiliary is a non-profit group that does volunteer work at the INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital, in Alexandria, Virginia. Proceeds from the sale of donated items at Select Seconds are used to benefit the work of the Auxiliary.
This is a small thrift shop, but, it has a very strong customer base. Every time I have shopped at Select Seconds, it has always been busy. Despite the challenges of a small sales floor, this thrift shop stays stocked and the sales associate volunteers are enthusiastic — a very good model for all merchandise retailers to follow.
Donations of used clothing and household goods are accepted during business hours.
