Service Master By Mike

ServiceMaster by Mike was extremely helpful during a client project recently. This client had not cleaned their home in months or perhaps even over a year. All surfaces were grimy, dust everywhere, the sofa cushions were filthy, kitchen and bathrooms were unsanitary, etc. etc. It was a huge job that took 2 very long days. ServiceMaster’s staff was prompt, polite, and very hard working – they barely took a lunch break! The result was excellent! I would definitely hire ServiceMaster by Mike anytime.

I don’t think there are enough stars in the sky to give this company. My fiancé has a 3 year old son that has allergies that can put him in the hospital so we needed to get rid of all the allergens in the carpet because I use to have dogs and that’s one that he is allergic to. So Mike came by my place personally and went thru everything. I got a call the next day to set up a good time (I wasn’t free until later that week). I got a reminder call the day before and it certainly help cause even though I only booked the appointment 2 days prior I had already forgot. So before they had came over I wanted to get rid of an area rug that I had and also threw out some old furniture but in doing so I had exposed a lot of old stains from my dog and soda ect. So those stains had been sitting there for years and I assumed they would get better but I thought there was no way they would go away completely. So Eva and here team came up right on time and we did a walk through and she of course pointed out the stains and stated what I expected that she could get them better but not perfect which was fine by me cause the allergens was my biggest concern for my future son. So I relax in the house while they work and there is no chemical smell at all. I sense that they are about done and Eva and her team are wrapping everything up and I check the stains and they are 95% gone I can only see them if I really look at them cause I knew where they were but I bet no one else could pick them out if the came over. Now the weekend has passed and there were no incidences of allergies with my new son and not only that Mike called me to make sure of that after the service. So if you are thinking about steam cleaning your carpets of furniture like I was, do yourself a favor stop and give Mike a call. Because for slightly more than doing it yourself you get a lot better service and you don’t have to do a thing. AHHHHmazing!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Servicemaster did a great job cleaning my home. The crew was very professional, went above and beyond my expectations and (Most importantly) respected my home. A few days afterwords, the owner (Mike) give me a personal phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed. A+ company!!! WILL USE AGAIN!
