Very strange– We met with Sharon once and went over a number of different options and she really took the time with us to explain things. We followed up with her with several phone calls and emails, all of which went unreturned. It was like she fell off the planet because we wanted to meet with one other adviser in addition to her to compare options. I guess if you want to work with her, sign up right away and don’t weigh other options. I want an agent to be available if we have questions about policies or investments, but the unreturned calls and emails were so weird and we had to start all over again with someone else anyway. A shame– because she seemed responsible.

i’ve been a customer for almost 10 years now.
the first time i needed state farm (a couple of weeks ago), sharon’s office redirected me to state farm’s main office.
it seems sharon is happy accept your money but when you need assistance, they send you to state farm’s toll free number.
you want to make a payment or buy a new policy??? we’ll talk to you…
you need assistance??? here’s state farm’s toll free number…
time for me to try another insurance company.
if you really want state farm, try another office, not this one.

Sharon talked me into showing her my auto insurance policy and I’m glad I did. My payment went down 75% and I got four times the coverage.
She takes her time with each customer to be certain she does things right.
