How important is customer service to you?
I didn’t even get to the actual appointment, but I can speak to their very poor administrative staff. After trying to establish myself as a new patient, I was called back and told that my previous dentist had sent x-​rays that were too old for them to use. When ask about the ‘probing’ records, the administrative lady told me those were also too old. Being that I was the one that last went to a different dentist, I knew that the ‘probing’ (gum measurement) examination had been completed at my very last appointment last year. When I brought this up, I was very rudely told that «you ALSO said your x-​rays weren’t old.» I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism this statement represented. I was appalled. Here I was trying to establish myself as a new patient, which if in fact my records HAD been so out-​of date I would have been willing to update them during my first examination (this is MY health we are talking about, right?!), and the office was accusing me of lying!
Needless to say, I have PLENTY of other options out there and I am happy to take my business elsewhere. If you are shopping around for dentists, I suggest you consider doing so as well.

Seriously-​the best dentist I’ve ever been to.
He’s great & his staff is great (how often does that happen, really?). He really is an amazing dentist, incredibly jovial, and knows how to run a dental practice well. His staff is kind and caring; they remember us and what’s going on in our lives— they even called between visits to ask how our adoption was going.
They are very up to date with technology– great website, text reminders of appointments, available on email, etc. They also work with you on billing – payment plans, CareCredit, insurance, comping services, etc. He has also donated his services to a good cause. I’ve recommended him to friends and they also were impressed.
I know it sounds trite, but I never realized going to the dentist could be this enjoyable!
