While i absolutely loved the customer service of Janease(sp?) The corporation no longer cares for their long term customers. I left the store 3 hours later owing 65.00 more per month… disgraceful!!! Janease was kind and patient!

Do not waste your time coming to this location. The bill pay kiosk has been broken for months and you have to wait 20 – 30 min just to pay your bill. All the while half of the employees just stand around with a complexed look on thier face that shows that was they have no idea how to do their job. Whoever is the manager of this location is beyond incompetent. My experience here sums up my experience with sprint overall… FUCKINGGARBAGE! Update on how bad the service really is, a lady has been standing at all he counter so long they actually brought her a chair to sit in…

Severely understaffed. Came here on a Saturday, only 2 of the 6 – 8 terminals were staffed and the waiting area was full while other customers waiting wandered around the store. I waited for over an hour to be helped, and finally left when I found out there were still several groups of people ahead of me on the list. Do not recommend. I’ve had better service at the DMV.

I won’t talk about how poor my Sprint service was and how happy I am now that I’ve switched carriers(except for that preceding sentence). I visited three Sprint stores and called twice in regards to a question about my plan and always received a different answer. That’s awful of a company. But when I walked into this particular Sprint store I received the correct answer and was out the door within half a minute.

Freddy C assisted me activating a new phone. Very professional, and was willing to go out of his way to help me out. It’s employees like this guy, that make me keep my Sprint account, recommend them and return to this location.

Actually I rate this store«zero stars». I went there in response to a «ready now» mailer that I received from Sprint. According to the mailer, all I had to do was bring in my new phone and the tech would set up my e-mail(NOT!), voice mail(NOT!), web access(NOT!), explain all features of the phone(NOT!). The guy only activated the phone and switched my contact list. He appeared bothered by my questions – very curt. I was the only customer in the store so I wasn’t keeping him from making other sales. To add insult to injury, it ended up being the wrong phone. He didn’t switch back the service to my old phone. Thus, I was on the phone with tech support when I got home. I love Sprint products but I am thinking about switching companies because of the bad service at their stores. The company really should train these people. I had good luck with the manager at the Sprint Store at Pentagon Row. It isn’t near my house though. If I stay with Sprint, I definitely will NOT set foot in that store on Richmond Highway.
