Starbucks

Horrible location. The staff has a mediocre attitude, more on the end of apathy than friendly. The restrooms were dirty and loomed dingy. Worth trying to find a new location.

Free Birthday Food or Drink! Yah!
I had a slice of banana cake because I have tons of drink with me. It has high calories but moist and tasty with nuts.
Price: A little bit pricier than other coffee shops as you know.
Staff: A male staff is really friendly and sweet.
Interior and music: Cool as usual.
Parking lot: Free spots around it.
Customer: Many teenagers inside and middle-​age outside. Kinda noisy inside and relaxing outside.

Popped in about 10am one Tuesday morning to get a quick cup of coffee and saw a line of 8 people and only one server (maybe nother in back?) so said to myself «I can’t wait» and popped into the Tropical Smoothie place next door and got a quick cup of Keurig machined coffee (several choices available) for $ 1.75 with the little creamer pots to lighten it (nothing fancy here!). So met my needs very frugally and fast!

I’m so so disappointed. I paid over $ 8 for my venti caramel frappé with extra shots and it doesn’t taste like a quality coffee. :(

The staff here have always been really friendly here. I had once spilled my coffee and they were quick to get a new one before I even asked!

Rudeeeeeee! Terrible customer service! Don’t go there! Always super busy… the receptionists completely ignored my request. The only reason I went there is because I was getting something from tropic smoothie next door and decided to stop by… but I will not be returning!

This Starbucks is my most often visited. The service is pretty fast they always add extra caramel for me. And we never wait to long for any order.

This Starbucks is located in the plaza off of Little River Turnpike, across from Five Guys and next to the Tropical Smoothie Café. I really enjoyed my visit here as Hannah, who was the barista/​cashier, was very sweet and friendly (in addition to having the same name as me: D I ordered a Venti Valencia Orange Starbucks Refresher, which contained 3 varietals of orange combined with floral and fruity flavor combinations from the orange peel, cardamom, jasmine, apricot, Green Coffee Extract, all over ice — Hannah stated that it was one of her favorites as it resembled to Tang — it was definitely refreshing with its tangy and citrus-​y action. Yum! I think I found a favorite beverage! I’ve also tried their Toffee Nut Iced Coffee, which had a hint of toffee and you can add milk, half and half, cream, etc. to it. I always ask my drinks to be easy on the ice so that it doesn’t get watered down, and that I get ‘more’ of their beverage amount! This Starbucks is smaller than others, but I saw a lot of people stopping by to get a sip of their beverages, sit down and to rewind, as well as those who were working/​studying. Plenty of parking spaces in the big lot, it was a pleasant experience!

My go to spot, the staff knows my order as I am walking up. The staff is good! More seating would be great. When I need to get out for some non-​committal chatter I head here. It a down to earth and not stuffy crowd or staff that is ethnically and socially diverse and friendly. For got the great patio for the sunlight deprived like me who needs a little fresh air at times, especially when the weather is nice.

I went today and normally I’ll go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks, but today when I DID go in, I had really excellent customer service and a great cup of coffee! The lady with the gorgeous red hair just rocks that place!

I am usually a huge Starbucks fan, but this is not a location I see myself going back to. The staff was extremely rude and seemed as though they were upset to have to deal with customers. If I were the manager at this particular location, I’d look into getting some new baristas who realize part of their job is customer service.

This place is growing on me. I only go there on Fridays and Saturdays, but I’m fairly certain that the cleanliness has gotten a little better, and the service has definitely improved. The other thing I’ve noticed is that the patio is quite nice. Unlike the other Starbucks with outside seating in the area, this one is not a couple of tables facing a parking lot. It actually seems like your in a nice area instead of a shopping center. The service is still a bit slow, and the creepy customers still appear from time to time, but it’s growing on me.

Slow!!! If you’re looking to get a quick coffee and go then go somewhere else. There are barely any customers here and yet the one unorganized employee behind the counter can’t make me a coffee quickly. Now I’m late for work, and I work in the same plaza!

Pet Peeve. Hypocrisy. Please call 1−800−782−7282 and ask for Starbucks to remove the ashtrays or smoke-​free facility signs. Coffee quality great as usual (try the anniversary blend for bold lovers), facility was clean and service friendly. Would like to see a roaster at Starbucks and better prices (what happened to the value deals?). Bathrooms were Ok and floors not sticky. No mess at the coffee stand

Same as any old Starbucks — bland, overpriced coffee, except for the nice patio area beside it. One of the best locations around for hanging out on a nice day.

Of the roughly 4 Starbucks’ that are in a 5 mile radius of my house (including one drive-​thru) this is my favorite one. The staff are always friendly and having a good time. The locals who chill at this location are usually sitting outside and not obtrusive to customer’s coming in & out. The have never once messed up on my drink (Soy Caramel Latte, Caramel sauce inside out, with whipped cream) and it’s always the perfect temperature. They also understand not skimp on the caramel sauce and the espresso is never over powering. When I order it at other locations I usually have to have then remake it with only a half-​shot of espresso (yes, I like my sugar & milk with some espresso).
