I’d like to give this community 2.5 stars because my impression of it is «meh» but that’s not to say any other community is any better. Anywho… on with the review! This place is nice at first on the outside, but it’s not nearly as nice or professional or courteous or convenient as it claims to be. First of all, the staff will roll their eyes at you any/every time you ask to use the printer or fax machine – even though that’s supposed to be one of the ‘perks’ of living there. Secondly, your rent will skyrocket after year 1(and every year that follows), which leads me to believe they’re more interested in getting new people than keeping their current tenants. Third, despite the fine print in your contract stating that you will receive any interest gained on your security deposit, don’t expect to get a dime. Instead, they’ll look for something bogus to charge you for when you move out, thereby reducing your security deposit refund. Fourth, the idiots living there give the combo to the pool to anyone who asks for it, and the lifeguard doesn’t stop them. Fifth, based on the increasing number of non-English speakers, I would say the staff probably doesn’t spend too much time verifying whether or not a tenant is a legal US resident, which is sad because all the turbans and obviously day-labor work trucks really bring down the property value. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, I wouldn’t recommend choosing this apartment complex unless none of the above issues bother you. I wish the staff would get their sh-t together and make smarter choices, but all I saw in the time I lived there was anti-white, anti-military, unfriendly and unintelligent behavior.
