I have been considering getting my ccw for awhile and finally decided to take the course. Initially, I had a minor hiccup in registering for the class, but I highly respect a company that is willing to rectify any snafus. Mr. Parker and Mr. Jordan were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and kept the class entertained with humorous anecdotes. Offering pizza and drinks was a nice touch as I am sure they knew we probably didn’t get a chance to eat. My husband and I will definitely plan to take future courses with Trouble Defense LLC!

Great customer service. I took my concealed carry class here. Both Parker and Jordan are very knowledgeable and thorough in their training. I recommend Trouble Defense to whoever looking for a class to obtain their permit.

Friendly staff and they have a beautiful location! Learning firearm basics is easy and I felt safe with every member of the staff. Highly recommended!!! Btw they offer FREE pizza nights/​gun cleaning mix and mingle once month on a Friday night.

The training that I received today in the concealed class was top of the line. Very very informational and all my questions were answered. Definitely would like to come back for the other courses that are offered. The instructors were very thorougb, professional and easy to listen to. Wil be returning soon.
