I do not recommend this store. The final kicker today was when the optometrist said«I’ll write down that you are refusing medical advice.»(In my daughter’s file.) because I handed back her business card with the words Visual Field Screening; $ 25 on the card. I wasn’t refusing her advice — I’m just refusing to go to an eye doctor who has poor customer service. I’ll find someone else to do the Visual Fields screening thank you very much. It is very poor customer service to charge a customer $ 50 to give them a Pupillary Distance. It takes two seconds. I’d pay $ 10. I might even pay $ 20 and just never go back. But $ 50 for two seconds of work? That’s highway robbery. I’ve been to many eye doctors in the past ten years who were more than happy to give me my pupillary distance without a charge. I’m new to the area, but I will find one here as well. And when I do, they will become the eye doctor for all seven members of my family. And I will ask them if my daughter needs a Visual Fields Screening that is not covered by insurance. My guess is that they will say no.

Absolutely horrible experience as a service member. My husband called and made an appointment for me when they told him they accepted our insurance. Upon filling out papers not only was I in uniform but I put in my paperwork I was active duty. 2 months later I receive a bill for over $ 300 stating that they don’t accept our insurance.
