The owner of this business, James Nelson, runs a first class business. He also employee’s a first class crew. This company is first class everything. Not your everyday run of the mill tree service. Professionally staffed and professionally equipped with the proper equipment for any project you might have. They are also LICENSED and INSURED. Woodlawn Tree Service was here at my home in Mt. Vernon on 10/​27/​2015 — 10/​30/​2015. A lot of work to do here. Doesn’t look like the same place. Tree removal and cleanup so impressively awesome. What impressed me the most about this group was their dedication to the project at hand as if it were their own. Paid attention to every darn detail. Only group of people I have ever worked with that I did not have to micro manage my project with. I didn’t have to do a thing and that is so impressively unusual. Mr. Nelson is a hands on contractor. However, he has a hands on foreman. This group works like a symphony orchestra. You will be amazed, impressed, and so grateful you hired this company to work for you. Absolutely awesome. If you want any olé spike shoe tree climber don’t call them. However, if you want a professional and I do mean professional’s then call this company. You pay for what you get. This company is worth every penny of their bid. They always have a discount online program going. Be sure to ask for it. We had a large willow tree removed from the patio of our townhome. They did an excellent job of removing the tree and roots. There was no damage to anything in the surrounding area despite the tight space. They also did a nice job of cleaning up. Woodlawn’s price was the best I found and would use them again.
