They get the job done while you’re in college, have no car, and need a bank in Alfred. Service could improve. I’ll never forget how I went to ask about investment options and their staff told me «it is not even your money!» in regard to a trust account of mine that was about to become mine after an upcoming birthday. Not a good way to keep customers.
