Walnut Grove Campground

Last minute trip with my boyfriend, 6 year old daughter and her friend. So glad w chose this place! So many family friendly activities and super affordable. The owners are soooooo nice and easy going. Big pool, playground, rec hall and lots of inexpensive activities for the girls. Only 20 minutes away from Wells Beach too. They had halloween this past weekend while we were there. The morning of trick or treating we paid $ 4 for the girls to get little tote bags to color for that night. That night after they got dressed up and went trick or treating at all the sites we went on a haunted tractor/​hay ride and after that they had a DJ and karaōke. We also enjoyed an ice cream social this weekend and breakfast Sunday morning. We are already booking for next Memorial Day.
We stayed in the deluxe cabin which was really really nice and way cheaper than a hotel that wouldn’t have offered us everything the cabin and grounds did. Lots of camper and tent sites too. I strongly recommend it to everyone!
