I thought i would stop by and cash my check at this local liquor store. Right when i came into the store i see 2 adults and 1 child behind counter. The older man was on his computer playing on facebook the lil one was just hanging around i guess, the other woman was cutting vegetables and cooking not even a foot away.(This is behind disgusting and not safe to prepare any foods… but i didnt care really i wasnt going to buy anything from this store i just wanted to get in and go). i asked him if he was able to cash any checks he replies: «sure» and hobbles over to the register, he takes my check(which was $ 500) he hands me 90 dollars. Shocked as hell that he took($ 410 to cash my check) i asked if he was serious and he proceeded to tell that he charges $ 2 for every dollar that is in the check(which doesn’t make any sense becsuse it would of been a thousand dollars amd not even a percentage of anything, he probably was pulling it out of his ass). I asked for my check and he laughed and said«okay» as i left the store. It probably was a joke but you dont mess with a persons money. Also i hope you read your Unilocal reviews. You guys suck and need to improve much on your store, cleanliness and your hospitality.

Every thing was great. The kibbee niyee. Was delish and the tabouli. Was delish. The pita bread was Hugh and fresh. Grape leaves made from home grown grape leaves. Nice little store. Where was it when I was growing up?

This place is awful. He advertises tabouli, hommus, steaks, etc. My first clue should’ve been no prices on anything. For a 1lb container of hommus and a another of tabouli with a package of pita: 28.00AND he gave me a frozen bread. I think he ripped me off and I wish I had just turned around and walked out… go down the street to Krogers and grab a Steve’s Backroom to go, or a restaurant on the water for about the same price…
