I am very pleased with the job A-​OK Chem Dry did on my carpeting. We had used another carpet cleaner to clean pet odor out of carpet and we were very disappointed with the job they did. A-​OK had to come twice, but the pet odor is completely gone. Additionally, they worked quickly, were on time, and were very careful about our furniture, etc. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

A-​OK Chem Dry has the best cleaning product I have found. It is not as toxic as other cleaners, and does a much better job. Pet odors are gone. They were great to deal with, on time and thorough. Thank you.

Service was exceptional! They were very helpful and friendly from the first call I had made to them as well as the gentleman that were here to do the job. I had our carpet cleaned through out the whole basement, needless to say our carpet is about 12⁄14 years old and had some stains in certain areas. Our carpet looks like new and we could not be happier. They did come out a second time to go over a couple of the stains that somewhat came back, which of course they did tell me could happen. They were more then happy to come out a second time and go over the stains again and at no charge. All the stains are gone! Something else that really impressed me was that they even covered my wood floors and put things up to protect the walls so that their hoses would not damage anything. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service!
