Love the doctors here, but the receptionists really need an attitude check. Every time I call they have an attitude with me, like jeez, I can’t believe you’re sick and want to see the doctor ASAP. Really hard getting an appointment within the same week here, unless you want to see an RN. It almost makes me want to switch doctors, but I love Dr Petersen! Also love that they have a walk in clinic first thing in the morning. Too bad you always have to speak with the rude people at the desk first.

This place is nice. I have seen a lot of the different doctors there. When they get busy the wait is long, but that seems the norm at all doctors offices. Sometimes I think they schedule too many patients and the wait is long.
