If I could give ZERO stars on here then, that would be my rating. This place is a horrible business. Do not bring your items here unless you never want to see them again! Brought in a pair of boots for a simple zipper repair and was given my boot back stained with glue on the leather making the boot useless. My over $ 100 pair of leather boots cost me the price of the zipper fix and now I had to purchase a NEW pair of leather boots. The owners are so unprofessional and clearly do not put the customer first. Horrible communication. They don’t take responsibility for their faults. I really urge customers to take their business elsewhere! I have a lot of friends with a lot of shoes that I’ve told to never use this business and hopefully the word will get out.

Fast and prompt services with reasonable prices. With a simple shine my old shoes have never looked better!

This place does excellent work. Needed a pair of boots repaired on the soles. Four days later I got them back and they looked brand new. I would highly reccommend them for shoe repairs, the work is top notch.
