Infuriatingly slow. Thankfully I’ve set up an online account and won’t have to come in anymore. If you have to ship more than one package a week, I’m imploring you to take the time to set up online stuff. It is so. slow. here. No exaggeration(truly): 5 normal packages = 30 minutes. Most of the staff is friendly most of the time. So that’s a plus.

FexEx Kinkos, this location in particular, is my go-to for my printing needs. This is mostly due to Len, an awesomely fantastic gentleman who has helped me print documents several times now. His customer service is impeccable, and he does it with effort and humor, two traits which I find particularly fantastic, especially when I’m frazzled trying to print 50 invitations for a party that need to be mailed out yesterday. The print quality isn’t bad either. Actually it’s quite good for a business that’s more known for shipping goods than printing PDFs. Normally I get my invitations, etc printed out on 100 lb paper, which is the heaviest weight that they carry. The colors are always true to my document, and the images always come out crisp and clear, which hasn’t always been the case at other print businesses that I’ve tried. The prices are more than fair, and Len has offered to cut my invitations for me(by machine) for a nominal fee. Let me tell you, a buck forty nine to save my sanity and my fingers is well worth it. If you’re more of a cut-it-yourselfer, they also have a HUGE slide paper cutter that is available for use for free. Len’s such a great guy to talk to that I’ve actually considered spending a Friday night trimming my invites to size in good company. I highly recommend checking out this particular FedEx Kinkos for friendly & attentive service with a smile.
