We had ordered bull nose tiles for our bathroom. After waiting for a seemingly inordinate amount of time and multiple calls, we found out that the order was not put through! This has resulted in further delay of work with no finish date in sight. All thanks in part of a negligent store owner called Ron, who has no idea about customer service. Our second issue with this store has been with the quality of product. This owner blatantly issues a flawed product, tiles that are cut haphazardly, then squarely turns around and puts the blame on first the manufacturer, and finally — our installer. This shows a complete lack of accountability which is totally unethical, unprincipled and outright dishonest. I would caution people to seriously think twice before visiting this Algonquin store.

Had carpet installed in 2006 by this location when it was under previous ownership. The carpet is in need of restretching but they refuse to honor the Flooring America Lifetime installation guarantee. Buyer Beware.

We just had our entire first floor completed. There was approximately 1700 sq ft to complete. We chose porcelain tile in the kitchen and laundry room and wood for the rest of the house. Marc was very nice and helpful. He had good suggestions. The whole process wasn’t bad at all. I have 2 young children so I was afraid of the disruption to our lives, but the workers were so efficient and hard-working. We had checked out the big flooring companies such as Luna and Empire and smaller companies too and decided on Flooring America in Algonquin since the pricing was reasonable and felt that we could trust Marc. Overall, good experience.
