Almost gave them 5 but they missed a spot (literally), so my 4 star review is more like a 4.5. Grant it its time for new carpet, but in the meantime I opted to have it cleaned and clean it is. FYI for those who prefer a green treatment this is your company because the company does not use harsh chemicals. They were prompt at 9:30 and out before 1pm and most of the carpet was dry before they were even completely finish. They are a keeper!

Green Emerald did a great job of cleaning the carpet in our MBr, hallway and stairs. I wanted to see how the Chem-​Dry carpet cleaning system performed vs. my home steam machine. Not only was it clean, but I was surprised at how plush our old carpet was after the Chem-​Dry cleaning! It was also nice to get the furniture back in place that same afternoon. Chad and Chuck were friendly, professional and did a good job of explaining the Chem-​Dry system. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I want to keep my office as professional looking as possible, I was skeptical hiring Green Emerald but they did an excellent job. They showed up at the agreed upon time, performed the work agreed upon and did it at a great price. The floors and carpet look new, would highly recommend them.

Fabulous job! Green Emerald Chem-​Dry cleaned our carpet and upholstery and we couldn’t be happier. We moved into our home 8 years ago and at that time there was a stain in our master bedroom. Another company cleaned our carpets and didn’t manage to get the stain out. You got the 8 year old stain out. You also managed to get the stain out of our daughters carpet where she drew on her floor, and all the other stains and spots that go along with having kids and dogs. Our 10 year old carpet now looks brand new and our couches are so clean and fresh. We highly recommend your services.
