Worst check in experience ever. Do not book your wedding hotel here. They make you wait until 3 to check in. We got there ate 2:30 and there was a line of 50 people in the lobby just waiting until 3 to check in. Once 3 came around, the check in process took almost 15 minutes per room. Needless to say, people missed the wedding ceremony due to a poor check in process. Also, we checked in and our room was not ready still. We had to wait 20 more minutes in the lobby after checkin to get a key. Awful service.

Warm and comfortable hotel. I stayed here during the leading into the Hurricane Sandy event. My room was perfect, clean and roomy, warm and comfortable. The bed was okay and the pillows were perfect. I have been asking for an extra blanket lately and one was delivered… it was very much appreciated because for some reason that I don’t understand, most hotels have gone to this thin foam blanket and a sheet on the bed… I don’t like that, so having another heavy blanket to put over the covers was very welcomed. I slept well. the hot breakfast in the morning was well received. They have the usual, plus the coffee and juice. Very nice.

Awesome hotel! Free pass for lifetime fitness across the street. The beds were clean and comfortable. Very fair price and friendly staff.

We had a nice stay. Whirlpool suite on the end of the hall. That kept the noise down, but we could hear the water run to fill the tub above us. Very loud pipes. Very loud whirlpool as well, with no back jets. Weird, but still helped after weary traveling. Beds are very comfy, everything in our room was clean. Shower was weak, no water volume. Absolutely no trouble getting online, with code. Updated rooms, plenty of outlets. Bar with small sink, microwave & fridge w small freezer was very useful for our road trip food. Very close to lots of Randal Road stuff, everything you could want in chains & local(Algonquin-Lake in the Hills). Plenty of parking. Overall we’re more fans than not.

Most certainly the worst hotel stay of my life. Reserved a 2 room suite, presumably room being defined by wall and door so that my children could sleep quietly. Not so. Dirty would be a strong word, but certainly not up to a major brand standard. Nasty crud in the ice bucket, and the furniture had never been moved for cleaning… if you have a 2 year old, you know how I found this out. The pool was unsanitary. My local health department would have closed immediately as the floor drain was not visible. Instant violation. We had an unbearable amount of noise from upstairs and all around late into the night. After calls to the front desk yielded no relief, I asked for the Manager On Duty. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and the same girl returned and informed me there was no Manager on Duty. Why it took her 10 minutes to figure that out, I am unsure. I asked when I would be able to speak with a manager, and she indicated Monday. It was Friday. Unfortunately, it was Thanksgiving and there are not many other hotels close by, or I absolutely would have relocated. This is franchising at its worst.
