If I could give this company less than one star I would. They are over priced for what you get. Late fees are behind fair and the manager, Joyce, is rude and condescending. If your life gets in the way of their business practice, you will pay dearly for it. I had to move out, was expecting a prorated for the month. Nope, have to pay a full month for something I will not be using. When I questioned the policies, she couldn’t explain anything and just gave, «well I» answers. Please research before deciding to rent storage here. I found a great place in Crystal lake that’s brand new and, they had a truck that we used with no extra charge! And the monthly rent is saving me over $ 30 a month!

Super-duper clean, and they let you know they intend to keep it that way. After seeing how others treat their storage areas, I see what an issue this can be. I was at my locker and an employee rushed past me with a broom saying, almost joyfully, «Got a mess to clean up!» Nice.
Outside, cheaper storage is booked solid, expensive climate-controlled lockers are available. If you have a ton of stuff to move you’ll appreciate the heat/air more than you expect. Whew! Again, nice.
Employees are all super nice, I mean, like, caffeine-induced-high nice. Maybe running one of these places is a lonely job and they’re just super glad to see ANYONE. ;)
Overall I think it’s pretty darned expensive, but you couldn’t ask for anything nicer.
