Purchased a Groupon and had an appointment scheduled. They were a no-​show and are not returning my calls. I was hoping they would work out as I was looking for a long-​term cleaning service. Now need to work with Groupon to get my money back.

Tried them before. They were prompt but I don’t feel they did a good job. Railings were not wiped down and basement was only vacuumed. No dusting was done. They left before I could check and I wasn’t going to bother calling them to complain. Who knows what they would do for a «redo». Glad it was a Groupon and not full price.
