We had some issues with weeds coming through our paver patio, but more importantly, I had to argue with steve to get him to come back and fix our steps because they’re dipping in the middle. He tried to convince me that he wanted to talk about this in person, but I declined, as my wife said, if he’s going to offer a warranty, he needs to just come out and fix it. It appears as though he fixed the weeds coming through, but our steps are still sagging in the middle. I don’t know if it’s from a poor quality workmanship job that he did, or the concrete, that one of his subs did.
He addressed the weeds coming through a few months ago, but has never fixed the sagging steps, hence why I’m writing this now.
After paying Steve $ 18,000 for our paver patio, it’s really dishearting to write an updated review like this, but at this point. I feel it’s necessary.
