I bought a laptop then only after owning it a few weeks I opened it up one day & the screen was broken and no one at home could tell me how it happened. I was being told that it would cost at minimum $ 300 and I was waiting until I had extra money & in the mean time it was a pain trying to use it with a cracked screen. My husband and I noticed the shop in Algonquin Commons and went in for a quote and we could not believe it would be much less than expected. We dropped if off a few days later and was told the parts had to be ordered & could take 3 – 5 days then the repair a couple of hours. The shop called the next day the parts were already in and I was able to bring it in that day and within maybe an hour in a half maybe even less it was ready & looks great! Wonderful fast service at a great price. I would recommend the shop to everyone and if any new repairs needed will definitely come back.

I brought my iPad in yesterday for them to give me their professional opinion about why it wasn’t working. They were in fact the most honest and professional people I have dealt with. They called when they said they would, didn’t find any «extras» that needed to be fixed, and just were unbelievably nice. My daughter has been saving up to buy herself a new iPad but now thanks to them she can save for something different! I would for sure recommend them to anyone and I will for sure return with any other repairs I might have in the future!
