Awful awful awful service. Went here in August got one biopsy by the «practitioner» and she even said well it looks ok but we can anyways. Come back one week later and her exact words are «you have cancer». Me being 20 this is scary enough but for her to say it so bluntly and not even tell me what kind until I asked is so wrong. So after I received 3 bills of 11.12 $ I paid them and went my separate ways and went to Derrick derm where I’m so happy! Now it’s February 2016 I receive anymore 11.12 $ bill I called three times each time I get a «they will call you back before 430 to solve it for you» I receive a call finally on the third day by some lady in finance and she tells me well I already called BCBS for 30 min if there’s a problem you can call. Wow I’m sorry isn’t this your job??? After arguing about me not paying this balance for the 100^th time she said you know what I will write off the balance and we go separate ways. And then hung up. Gotta love their shitty customer service! Never will I ever deal with these unprofessional rude people ever again!!!

We followed Dr. Khanna over here from his old Woodstock location because of his obvious skill and personality. Dr’s office is brand new and beautiful. However it does no good to have all these positives if they over book and leave you sitting in the office forever! To make matters worse, they don’t even care to let you know they are running late, you’re just left sitting in the palatial waiting room guessing what time they will finally come get you. Looks like we are going back to Woodstock!

Dr. Khanna gives excellent care to his patients. He is so genuine to all that come to see him. I am currently getting the CoolSculpting done and it is AMAZING!!! I am having my lower abdomen treated and can notice the difference after just 4 short weeks. I am also receiving Botox and fillers with Denise McNatt the physician assistant.
Dr. Khanna is the best around and I 110% recommend him and his staff!

I have seen Dr. Khanna over the years in Woodstock, Barrington and now Algonquin and have always been satisfied with his services. Now he’s got a HUGE new building in Algonquin.
Like a lot of dermatologists, he’s pretty fast, so if you have any specific questions be sure and write them down. I think now that he is running his own show in Algonquin he can spend more time with you. Nice new staff also.

Good experience at this clinic, from the new patient check-​in process to post-​doc details with the nurse, everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Khanna was efficient, but took the time to explain the very few side effects of the prescribed medication that might be a problem for me. He was thorough, friendly, and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a skin doc. Oh, and my favorite thing is when doctors introduce themselves by their first name. He did, and I appreciated that! I always feel more comfortable with someone who drops the title and presents as just a regular «joe.»
