Came one day for lunch special. Waited like 5 minutes before I got acknowledged even though the lady saw me. Asian man came in and she took his order right away. Came to me after and said I want to make sure you get served first. She yelled to the kitchen and by the time I finished ordering the Asian guy gets his soup and egg rolls. Another Asian woman comes in and as I’m sitting there waiting and watching this guy eat while I’ve been there longer than he has and still haven’t received my food, the Asian lady who had walked in yelling her order was getting served. Are you kidding me? 15 minutes later my food comes out and those 2 are already leaving. Horrible. Asians get priority. Too bad for them cause my weekly visits are now non existent. Food was salty anyways so it’s probably doing me better.

Authentic Mom and Pop Chinese restaurant. Accepts credit card but 2% will be added to the bill. Can eat in or eat to go. Location is close by to Target and Costco. The interior isn’t great, but its very clean and but the food makes up for it. Menu is in English. The owners understand English. You can order roast duck and roast pork. Great home style Cantonese food. They have a daily special on the wall. I ordered the Stir fry spinach(6.50) with Beef Chow Fun.(6.50). Wonton Mein also was $ 6.50. And got a small roast duck for $ 3.99. Customer service was great. While waiting for the to go order, they gave me complimentary tea and fortune cookie.

If you are looking for unadulterated authentic Chinese taste at this price, you shouldn’t miss this place. We ordered roast pork, smoked fish, beef noodle soup, and vegetable(organic from their backyard). I would give 5 to all of them for taste. These are like home dish: not too salty, not too strong flavor, and not beautiful look! pork was crispy and yummy; smoked fish looked gruesome but very delicious(apparently the gruesome look is the chinese authentic style. They seem to cook for customers as they cook for their dinner. Not oily at all. If you are looking for nice interior, this is not. But their cleanness rating is A(unusual for chinese restaurant). There must be a reason why they ran the business for 30 yrs despite all the negative reviews. This place freed me from Panda Buffet and from greasy salty independents. Also the airfare to go to taste the food off the back streets of mainland China. Their recommendations of menu are probably as reliable as your moms.

Honestly nasty as hell and dirty): there was one person working doing register, taking orders, and making food. Thats kinda sketchy. The chow mein was really good minus the meat. The meat in all the dishes was fat. I’ve heard that when the lady is there it’s very good so maybe I’ll try again but if it’s only a man there… RUN. And they raised their prices

Dinner on Monday, 7÷13÷15(first time visiting) My mom decided to try this mom-pop restaurant that’s been here for years. We walked in and there’s no wait at all. It’s a really casual hole in the wall place that sells a variety of foods. Most people seem to order and take out their food. We sat down immediately and the lady took our order. She recommended the roasted duck and organic vegetables that she grew. We also tried the beef noodle soup, beef chow fun, and the spicy wontons. It’s a nice place to enjoy a variety of Chinese foods all in one place but in general, the taste was a bit bland. I feel like the owners/chef are going for a healthier alternative. The roasted duck was alright as well. It was too dry in some pieces though but pretty tasty in others. The spicy wontons weren’t served in a bowl with chili oil but on a plate without the drenched spices and oils instead. Not sure if I would come back again since the most of the foods were not to my taste and not consistent such as the roasted duck. It’s an authentic mom-pop place to try it out though if you want a Chinese meal.

This was the second visit in two years. When we showed up on a Monday night at 6 pm, the restaurant was empty. We were always skeptical about walking into an empty restaurant. We ordered green onion pancake, seafood tofu soup, Shanghai style stir fried rice cake, and smoked fish. The wife is the one who takes the order and the husband is the chef. Then the wife kept pushing to add more dishes to our list. Finally we agreed to add a vegetable dish after she insisted that the vegetable was freshly picked. To start, we were given a free dish of 3 duck feet and 3 duck wings. They tasted salty but not tasty. It was a nice gesture. One can buy as an order take out of 8 duck feet or 6 duck wings for a dollar. The pancake was overcooked and almost burnt. The rice cake was cooked with mostly nappa and very skimpy appearance of few dices of meat. The smoked fish was the only decent one. The vegetable was a bit old and not as labeled as freshly picked. When all the dishes arrived, the soup was not ordered. We guessed the wife was too busy talking and forgot to order. We just let go. Overall, we got the food as priced, cheap. Since it was not busy, the chef(the husband) came out of the kitchen and talked to us a bit. He was very friendly. We could see that they are both a hard working couple. As we were leaving, the wife was trying to sell us the rice dumplings for the Dragon Boat festival.

I was going to visit King Hua next door but didn’t realize it was so fancy looking inside. I looked at the parking lot behind and found this place. On the outside it definatly looked like an unpolished gem with mom & pop in the back and me having to yell my order into the kitchen. That was cool! But when I got my beef chow fun with gravy(gravy is .050 extra) it looked so sorry. I asked for tender greens expecting bok choy but got homestyle chopped carrots and soggy napa cabbage. I am not trying to be dramatic, but I sincerely believe that it was the worst chinses meal I have ever had. That being said there was an eager line three customers deep waiting for their to go orders who all seemed like neighborhood regluars furthermore I was not expecting a chinese restaurant to be noted for their Thanksgiving Turkey prep. Hence I will grant this place the benefit of the doubt and may return at some point in the future. For now I gotta call it like I see it… one star. Half a star if I am able.

I wouldn’t recommend this joint. Cash only, cheap products, and not the best customer service. I’d rather spend $ 5.50 at Panda Express than to ever visit this place again.

I tried to like it, I really did. Came in here to get pei pa duck, which is the duck split in half. $ 16.99 for a whole duck. He was nice enough to ask if I wanted it in one box or two. I must say the skin is crispy and flavor was there. I also saw a sign for the HK egg waffles, so got that as well. A little disappointing. He broke it up into small pieces so it would fit in the to go container. I like splitting it myself. It also looked very dark brown, like it was burnt but to my surprise it wasn’t. The batter flavor was good, but not as crispy as I like it. We also tried two of their daily specials for $ 4.99. The sign said fried wonton, eggroll, and steam or fried rice. The«fried wonton» is just fried wonton skin, there are not filling, just a fried sheet. The eggroll has carrot and cabbage. The fried rice was just soy sauce fried rice. We also got the sweet and sour pork and kung pao beef. Sweet and sour pork consist of onion and a few green bell pepper. The kung pao had peanuts, celery, peas and carrots. Maybe I am spoiled, the other fastfood Chinese places I’ve been to seem to have more in those daily specials. Quick cheap bite if you really want Chinese in the area. I think I rather go to Costco across the streets.

I really want to like their food, and i’ve given them multiple chances. However, every time I ate there, I regret my decision. The food here is bland at the best, is also very oily and full of MSG. I got very thirsty and almost developed a headache afterwards. It’s filthy and dirty. I saw the owner’s wife is scratching herself, picking her nose as well as the vegetables at the same time.

My family has been coming here from even before I was out of my mom’s belly. This is honestly the my FAVORITE place to eat. If my parents ask what I want to eat for dinner, i automatically say ACC!!! We always order House Special Chow Mein, Beef Broccoli, Teriyaki Chicken, Wonton Soup, and it comes with free steamed rice, a big ol bowl of it. Before your food even gets there, they give you this really good type of cracker or cookie? It might be fried wonton skins, but they used to give somethign different before. So good! I brought my boyfriend here to eat on valentine’s day, and he loved it. It’s only about $ 18 for everything when I don’t get the wonton soup. I don’t know why people compain about the service here, my «friend» as the nice owner lady who we have known for YEARS calls us, is the sweetest lady ever. She’s a typical sweetheart chinese lady, who tells you how beautiful you are. I love her! Is there really such thing as being too nice? I don’t know why people are complaining about her being TOONICE that’s ridiculous. Favorite place to eat! She usually gives us free cookies or fortune cookies. The portions are BIG, they feed my family of 6, and we still have leftovers.

Cash only and they skimp on food. I ordered the sweet and sour pork special and there were only 9 chunks of pork in the dish =T The rest consisted mostly of onions, that tasted like the fridge, and bell peppers. And the sauce was much too sweet. Like the others note, service is very crass. For $ 5, what a waste =T

My family and I was in the area running errands. We were hungry and found this place nearby and decided to try it. When we arrived, we were skeptical about the place. Restaurant is a hole in the wall and didn’t look pleasing. The restaurant owner kept running in and out trying to get us to sit. Since we were here, we went right in since this place say«world famous» on a lot of their items. We ordered 2 beef noodle soup, beef chow fun, beef fun noddle soup and 3 items with steam rice plate. We got our tea pretty fast and slowly the other dishes came out. All the dishes was ok in taste and nothing to rave about. When the beef fun noodle soup came out for my dad, my sister quickly noticed a long black strand of hair curled in with the veggie. Disgusting! We told the owner and she took it in to replace it. The bowl came back out and we noticed there was more noodle but as my dad kept eating, we found a piece of metal. From there, it was over! We decided that we will not return again. Food is not safe to eat because we had to examine every little piece that we put in our mouth. I would not recommend this place.

The service is below average and their level of honesty is non-existent. So this is what went down. We brought over a turkey to get it roasted for Christmas on Monday, since they needed 2 days to marinate. I specifically cut off the turkey’s tail before taking it in because it was very fatty. With 3 other witnesses, we all saw that the turkey weighed 11.5 pounds and that was what the owner’s wife had written on the receipt. The turkey was plump and round and the legs were short and ends where the tail is. However, on the day that we went to pick it up, the owner’s wife called and told us the turkey we brought over was 16 pounds, yelled at me that I’m dishonest, told me never to drop off another bird ever again and abruptly hung up the phone. This was after I attempted to explain to her that we established the bird was 11.5 several times before writing up the receipt. I have a copy of the original receipt that states this. When I went to pick up my order, she had crossed out what was originally written on the receipt from 11.5 to 16 pounds. In addition, the turkey they returned to us wasn’t the same one. The tail was intact, it was ¼ skinnier than the one I had dropped off and the legs extended 2 inches beyond the tail. The owner’s wife was screaming at me throughout the entire transaction so that I can’t rebut anything that’s flying out of her face hole. I have roasted my own turkey numerous times in my own kitchen and I know that the bird doesn’t shrink ¼ of its original size. I decided to give this place a try since Chinese roasted fair is pretty tasty and I can’t replicate that in my own kitchen. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Go at your own risk of dishonest business owners and disgusting customer service. The turkey was dry and I don’t even know if they did anything to my order before returning it.

Duck & suckling pig are very good, divine each time I’ve had them … like 5 star kind of good at good prices I also like to have the lady owner boss me around & tell me what I have to buy. When I go there, she’s the boss. She’s earned that because she’s funny. I haven’t had much else. Had the house special(rice & meat/fish/chicken or whatever mix) and it was good. It came highly recommended by some guy who was in love with the dish, but to me, it was just good(like 3.5 — 4 star good). But my taste buds are not like everyone else’s. I believe, if you want to have some taste-bud ecstasy, go with the duck with that vinegar-ish sauce that comes with it. It looks like people have had some pretty crappy experiences with the chicken … so maybe don’t get the chicken … personally I don’t think chicken is worth getting anywhere because it’s so common, I’m surprised people aren’t sick of it like I am. It’s like a cliché

The food is good. Sometimes the service may suck. The place is well known for their beef noodle soup and it very tasty. It very cheap, very small and hidden location. But overall it consider good for the money. It right across from target
